Victory health homecare is the worst place to work , my wife works there and they are refusing to pay her , answers the phone unprofessionally, they arent fair an dont treat their employees right . they dont pay you the pay rate they are supposed to give because the owner is stingy and wants all the money to her self , you cant even complaint to anyone over top of her because she is the owner , they dont run their busyiness the correct way , they owner will argue with her employee and wont acommadate her employees . its sadd tosay how they company is runned becasue even the clients arent cared

I contacted Victory Homecare looking fro services for my mother, the person who answered the phone had such a warm welcome in her voice, she was very professional in speaking with me about the services the offer. She was understanding to my needs for my mother and was comforting to me, I felt like she completely put herself in my shoes and knew exactly how I felt. My mother has Dementia and its been difficult to say the least in dealing with her. Having a love one with this disease is not an easy thing. I needed an aide to assist my mother 8hrs per day 5 days per week, Victory was able to meet
