As the only non-profit adult day healthcare center established by the Chinese in Maryland, we've been complying with policies and regulations of Maryland and Montgomery County to make it possible for seniors who have illnesses and are eligible for the government benefits to be taken care of in the daylight.The participant's relationships with their family and community should be supported and maintained.

I graduated from Liberty University in 1992 with a BSN. I have been an RN for 20+ years and have worked in various settings from hospitals to home care. Working at CCACC-ADHC has given me the perfect opportunity to apply my passion for geriatric nursing and my special skill set every day. At CCACC-ADHC, I am the director of the nursing department and ensure that the elderly in my team's care is in the best care and meet state standards.
As a Chinese community-based adult day healthcare center, CCACC Adult Day Healthcare Center provides a full spectrum of daily services that help everyone live a life full of dignity, purpose, and respect by providing a caring, protective and safe setting. Our structured comprehensive programs can help seniors to enjoy their healthy and happy lives independently, confidently, and elegantly.
CCACC-ADHC is an approved Medicaid Service Provider by Maryland. If a Medicaid recipient is medically certified OR a resident is under Montgomery County Adult Day Care Subsidy Program (Senior Care or County Fund), all fees will be covered and waived. Self-pay participants are also welcomed. Although we are open to all participants, the Medicaid coverage is limited to residents of Maryland.
Our accomplishments in the quality of care we provide are in large part because of the generous donations from the wide Montgomery County community. We appreciate everyone who donates, which allows our community members to continue benefiting from all the facilities and activities they currently enjoy while allowing us to improve the services we provide.
