My order plus tax totally is about $100. Most are regular price items. Not to mention receiving one set with a earring broken, all the items looks really cheap and not delicate at all !!! Do not worth the money. Even though not expensive, I would not even spend a penny for these which I won't ware at all !!!

The European charm that I purchased is WAY lower quality than the one pictured on their site. The inside of the bead looks to be coated in a white (paint?) and it has seeped onto the outside of the bead because it is filigreed. I tried a polishing cloth and a toothbrush, soap and water. Neither took the whitish paint off. The January birthstones look black. In the picture, they are clearly deep red and beautiful.

Here are the facts; order placed on 11/24/15. Needed to receive it by the promised 6 to 9 days...did not. What is really upsetting about this company is that they NEVER answer their phone and their "live Chat" is really an email, BUT no one responds to that either. I have left over 20 voice mails and 30 emails. I finally received my order on 12/19....my daughter's birthday was on 12/10. I will never do business with them again. SHOUT OUT TO PUGSTER; IT'S ALWAYS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE & YOU HAVE NONE. SHAME ON YOU.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a bracelet, never received . After numerous attempts trying to contact them they said they were sold out, even thou they are still selling it on line. Asked if I wanted to order something else, when I answered them they never contacted me back. Requested a resolution through Paypal, finally received credit from them, they also sent bogus tracking number so Paypal would think they shipped it. Funny thing is, tracking number showed delivery in April to some address in Pasadena, and I purchased in May and no where near Pasadena. THIS COMPANY IS SHADY!!!!

Their charms are an amazing quality and get appraised for much higher value than I have paid. I always receive compliments on the jewelry I wear and on the jewelry I purchase as gifts. I ordered online from this company in december 2011 and never received it until the day before christmas. Half off the order was missing. I called so many times and wrote numerous emails. All I did was get a generic message. When i did call, it would give me this call can not be completed as dialed. Live chat never works either. I did like the beads that i bought and still have not received the other half of the order. The prices are great,beads are nice, but their customer service is not good at all. I did get charged for all of the beads even if I didnt get them yet. Hope to get the beads soon

I placed an order on 12/12, it was charged to my account on 12/14, and have yet to receive the order. I have called, emailed and even tried Live Chat, but I get no answer. When you call you get that the call cannot be completed at this time. Don't know if they went out of business or what, but I don't have my gift. Guess I will have re-buy somewhere else, and have the bank reverse the charge.

I recently placed an order with Pugster, and I did not receive one of the items, however, it was charged to my account. On the receipt I received with my order, the item was crossed off but never refunded. This needs to be resolved IMMEDIATELY, and if they really are located in Pasadena, CA.. the shipment should not have taken as long as it did as I am in Glendale, CA.
There are quite a lot of people being ripped off here with no one to turn to for returns or customer service. The reviews really say it all.
