Please contact us if you would like a Rental Application mailed to you. Please fill out the rental applications completely, sign and date. Paystubs and income documentation must accompany the Rental Application for all members of the household who are 18 years of age or older. There are additional, required documents that must accompany the Rental Application when it is submitted for review.

I have lived here at Flanders West for a little over a year and find it a very pleasant place to live. It is very clean and a lot of wild life has been seen in this nice and quiet area. We have a new resident services coordinator who is still joy to know. She plans new activities all the time. We have bingo for money,bingo for prizes,adult coloring,crocheting club, and recently a cooking group has been started where they cook a delicious healthy meal free every Friday. I find it a comfortable and pleasant place to live during my elderly years. I recently adopted a cat to live with in my golden
