I will state facts only of my family's dealings with this Company.
First Fact The Property we lived On Auctions Rules
NO Viewing, Do not Disturb Occupants Or Trespass, As is, cash only sale with no contingencies or Inspection.
Fact 1. Wife Found both owners trespassing on property Right after Auction Start.
Fact 2. Letter placed in our mailbox they were coming for Walk through when not within there right to do walk through, or even contact us, they did not own property either.
Fact 3.Once taking ownership, First face to face meeting owners lied directly to us about there identity pretending
