We offer Lease Terms. Flexible lease terms. Pet Policy Non refundable $300.00 pet fee amount due at move in A monthly cat rent and a monthly dog rent of 40.00 per month per pet. We accept applications in the order they are received, in the event there are multiple applications for the same apartment we will try to offer you an identical apartment or add you to our waiting list.

I have been living here for a few months and I love it so far. The manager and the maintenance guy Ricky is so friendly and never makes you feel like you are an inconvenience, they go above and beyond, he even helped me install my window A/C. They take care of the property and people very well. The one bedroom comes with ample storage, free heat & water.

I am moved in a year ago to 1 bedroom apartment. I was looking for this complex for a year to move and couldn't by family reason. Finally last september i moved in and never regret it. This place feels like real home, peaceful, quet.. I love listen this bugs at nights when I sleep... And early one bird always come next to my window and so beautiful, definitely not annoying like others places i heard lol.. This one is my friend.. Apartment in a great conditions, winter time very warm.. Trust me, I hate winters and I am so comfortable warm, don't need warm pants or etc.. light blanket and pajama

We had the pleasure of staying here for 7 months while building our home.
Erica was absolutely wonderful to work with, making sure we had the correct paperwork in. She was always friendly and happy / cheerful.
Ricky was amazing. He was friendly, hardworking and always visible. We loved that he was on site and we would see him while walking the dog or taking out the garbage. We had two minor issues and they were resolved the same day.
The units are very well maintained and CLEAN. We moved in during Covid so I scheduled our cleaning person to meet me at the unit before moving in. The cleaning

I just moved in 2 days ago. My experience was much better then some places I’ve lived. I have to say that Ricky the maintenance gentleman is wonderful, friendly and shows he cares about the complex and the people whom live here and it shows in the work he does. Colonial Village is very lucky to have such a wonderful individual working for them.

Came down for an apartment tour today and Jennifer was FANTASTIC. We had to move our tour back 2 hours due to driving from Maine and she was more than accommodating and friendly despite having to wait for us. The apartments are very spacious and the community is on a dead end street that’s super quiet and appears to be well maintained. You could tell Jennifer is genuinely invested in the community and residents, as she took time to talk and get to know us. Will definitely be moving here once we get closer to May!

I had a tour scheduled for in person, confirmed by Erica Velazquez. I showed up 10 minutes early and couldn’t get a response from anyone at the leasing office by door, phone, or Erica’s email address she used to confirm the in person tour. Upon my departure I sent an email to Erica stating I would be willing to come back the same day at a later time, in return there was no response or apology. It is very obvious I will not be moving here nor will I refer friends or family, due to lack of professionalism, communication, and empathy.

This place is a disaster. Their management is awful. Our screens around the outdoor patio were ripped when we moved in. Julie said they would fix them before we moved in. It took about 10 phone calls and emails to her and 3-4 months before they came out and finally replaced them. They said put everything in the basement on pallets in case it floods. We didn’t put much down there and kept everything away from the windows and once it rained it sure did flood down there. Once again took several phone calls before they came and cleaned up the mess.
Don’t fall for the scam of paying a $200 non
