Our six clinical assistants have 142 years of cumulative experience, which is an average of 23 years of experience in the field! Our administrative staff have an average of 15 years experience in dentistry and provide excellent customer service at Genecov Orthodontics. Most of our staff members are also mothers and understand how to work with younger patients.
Two-phase orthodontic treatment is a specialized process that combines tooth straightening and physical, facial changes. The purpose of two-phase treatment is to maximize the opportunity to accomplish the ideal healthy, functional, and aesthetic result that will remain stable throughout your child's life.

I’ve been going to Genecov Orthodontics for almost 3 years they are the greatest thing since sliced bread! Dr. Genecov, and his staff are like family they all made me feel comfortable. I was new to it all, I was nervous I didn’t know the process but each staff member ensured me that everything was going to be all right. I can't speak for Dr. Genecov himself as I never made it to the point of going in. I can only speak for whomever he has doing the billing lr answeribg questions about the billing. I was referred to his offices by my dentist, so of course I really wanted to go to his practice. However, when I called to inquire about how insurance worked along with the payment plans, I was transferred to one of the shadiest people I have ever encountered. I was hesitant to start orthodontia on my 8 year old son because I knew we were going to be moving out of state soon; I shared my concerns with the staff and Dr. Genecov. Dr. Genecov convinced me that he needed to start treatment right away and the staff told me MULTIPLE TIMES that I would only be charged for treatments received before moving. My son received a total of 2 treatments before we moved, and Dr. Genecov himself referred us to another ortho in the state we were moving to. Fast forward 2 months, I am getting charges on my credit

Dr. Genecov himself is amazing although we’ve only had the pleasure of actually seeing him twice over the 5 months we’ve been there. However the same can’t be said about his front desk staff other than Violeta and the dental assistants. I have to constantly reach out every month to the office to request a receipt of payment to which this month, I was told they mail them out. Surprisingly we never once received a receipt of any type prior.
