Marc has lived in the DFW area since 1986 and has personally performed more than 1400 home inspections. He has achieved his Certified Master Inspector certificate, is Septic certified and a licensed Wood Destroying Insect technician. He is dedicated to his profession and passionate about providing his clients with peace of mind in purchasing their new home.

I have used Scott and Scott twice now for home inspections and I would never go to anyone else. They are easy to communicate with, prompt, thorough, and clearly know what they are doing and care about how they do it. You can tell in the way they comb through the house that they are very knowledgeable and detail oriented and are giving you all of the information that you need. Would highly recommend! They did the pre purchase home inspection for us and where extremely unreliable with report! On everything they pointed us to professional, I really thought they where suppose to give us professional opinion on homes contrition. They don’t go deep in to anything only provide small print that they and their company cannot be held accountable for what they tell you on the report. Tuned out we needed more professional evaluation and fixing things they should have discovered during their inspection will cost us thousands so please look else where for knowledgeable inspection! Scott&Scott were fantastic to accommodate us on such short notice. They were very thorough and knowledgeable, pointed out and explained everything on our walkthrough and answered all of our questions. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the work Scott and Scott did on our recent home inspection. Poised to buy what we suspected was a beautiful new home, Scott and Scott through its diligent and thorough inspection exposed issues which I believe ultimately saved us meaningful sums of money. Scott & Scott were super responsive and quick to set an appointment for a house I’m likely going to buy. They were very professional, thorough (first time buyer) and really patient with my questions. Neil Jr came by the house, earlier than expected but her got right to work. He let me follow him around and ask questions and take notes. I really appreciated him being patient with my questions, as dumb as some were. He understands what the buyer wants and explains it all. Plus, the report turnaround was very quick. Very helpful in my situation. Would recommend hands down!

Scott and Scott were amazing to work with. They were extremely thorough and knowledgeable throughout the inspection. They provided 'heads up' and insight through each area of our home, not only commenting on inspection results, but giving important insight to proper care and maintenance to our home. They also were sure to point out anything we should note and ask for in closing, such as warranties.
