Prior to founding House Fluent Inspections, Brian spent 15 years in property and casualty insurance primarily in support of the claims organization.
He is also a real estate investor who has been involved in remodeling homes for many years, including rehabbing rental homes. Brian holds the Texas Professional Inspector license through the Texas Real Estate Commission (License #22824). This is the highest level of licensure that can be held in the State of Texas.

Services
Wood destroying insect (WDI) inspections are regulated by the Structural Pest Control Service at the Texas Department of Agriculture. The state of Texas requires a separate license to inspect for Wood Destroying Insects beyond that required by the Texas Real Estate Commission for Real Estate Property Inspections.

They were extremely thorough with the inspection of the home we made an offer on. Included in the report were lots of photos and there is an online portal where videos are included as well for some of them more nuanced items.
With this being my first home purchase, they’re attention to detail in their inspection has made the process a lot less anxiety inducing for me and my partner. They explained everything to us in an easily digestible way and we’re very friendly during the whole process.

I felt the inspection detail was good in catching many small items, but reassuring that all major items were tested and we shouldn't anticipate having any missed big items. Brian was pleasant and professional to work with and was able to easily explain whether any deficiencies were minor or should be addressed. The perk of a home warranty embedded in the price was a differentiator against competitors. Thx!

Brian performed a most thorough and professional home inspection on my buyer’s new home.
