Installing a bootleg ground or false ground is a way to trick a standard receptacle tester into showing that the plug is properly wired. This little trick creates a potential shock hazard, ground and neutral wires should not contact each other on the circuit except for at the main service panel. Used this local service twice. First experience was phenomenal. The second time was very disappointing. This small business charges a premium fee.
Roof was not inspected. The explication was the roof slope was too steep. Reality only one gable had a steep slope. Rest of the roof line was easily accessible.
Upstairs toilet leaked, was visible by the previous ceiling repair on the first floor under the toilet. Cost to repair yet to be determined. We will have to cut out the ceiling drywall, check for mold, replace drywall, and resurface the ceiling in the family room, breakfast area, and kitchen
