Stopped in to have a third party evaluation of a diamond ring I purchased elsewhere. The process was very thorough and the person who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also received a very fair price for a gold ring I brought to sell, hassle free. About a year ago I brought a pair of specialty sunglasses here for repair and they did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning here and recommend for future jewelry needs and repairs.

Do not sell your gold here. They do not have the proper equipment to X-ray jewelry. Not only do they scratch test, they scratched the h*** out of it. Then they say they have to cut the jewelry 1/2 before they can do a proper evaluation and see what it's worth. They will make you a low ball offer after your jewelry has been destroyed. Unfortunately if you know the spot price of gold and what your gold is worth, they will play dumb. Totally dishonest man and woman. That's why the store is empty....

Another great hand crafted custom job from the team over at Orlando Jewelers! After having a great experience in the past I decided to stop by the store and see if we can come up with ideas for a custom made bracelet, once we finalized design we agreed to a two week turnaround (which I will add was completed before the promised delivery date)
Needless to say I was completely blown away by the craftsmanship and the attention to detail of my new bracelet. I am so glad I was able to deal with a reputable and well respected team that has been on location for 16 years. Thanks Orlando Jewelers i look

Don't go here if you have thing you want to keep nice. Have a coach watch that I needed a new battery in. 1st he couldn't get back off in the process he put a huge indented scratch on the back of my watch. Then he couldn't get back back on. In the process of banging on watch he nocked a crystal in the face loose and it is now sliding around. Agian I don't recommend them for any repair

My husband and I decided to chose Orlando Jewelers to purchase our wedding bands. We received the bands before our wedding and left them in the boxes. The day before my wedding, I take out my bands to discover 2 diamonds had fallen out of the ring!!!!!!! Pictures attached. Yes, they refunded us, but the diamonds were 1/2 the size of which we paid for!! Good thing I was not a picky bride as the pictures of our rings together are now ruined because I had no choice but to use this band on my wedding day. SCAM! Do not waste your time.

On Christmas Eve, after being told it would cost a hundred dollars to fix my gfs necklace, I saw this shop from the road while heading to the mall and decided to give it a shot. Up until this point, for some reason,I thought it was just a cash for gold place. Wrong. Family run jewelry store. They treated me like we were old friends, did a nice job fixing the necklace, and charged me a fifth of what the other place wanted. Dealing with them really helped make it feel like Christmas, especially after dealing with the other place down the road. And the gf was pretty stoked to have her necklace back

I brought in 7 items to have engraved with names as holiday presents. They charged me $1.50 per letter and committed to next day pick up, which was fair. The first order was a success, so I decided to place a second engraving order for the same thing on 3 more items.
They ended up spelling one of the names wrong, even with it written clearly on the order forms. When I called to check if my order was ready, that would've been an ideal time for them to double check the order before telling me to come in.

Another amazing experience here at Orlando Jewelers! The team put together a few ideas for a complete set that I wanted to have done before my brothers wedding which included a necklace, two bracelets and ring, needless to say I was blown away when it came time to pick up the pieces. These people should get the recognition they deserve I literally flew out of Chicago to have this custom set done exclusively by them in time for my brothers wedding in Miami. Made it to Orlando again this past weekend and since I was driving down Colonial I decided to stop in this place again. Figured I could maybe find something nice for my wife at a good price. Stay far away from this place for any repairs. The old man that did my ring sizing lost 4 stones and replaced them with clearly fake diamonds that weren't the same size, and changed the color of the ring and didn't realize it. His son was extremely rude as well when I brought up the issues. One of the worst decisions I've ever made. I hate that I trusted them with a ring I paid so much money for.

7/16/2016 = Dropped my prescribe glasses for repairs due to broken right side small screw. Young person there took glass and without any hesitation, he claimed they could repair it. Next day, I picked up my $500 prescribe glasses & the same young person; place the glasses on the counter. Immediately, I notice how filthy the glasses were. Finger prints & lint all over the glasses. Trying to look over the atrocious & deplorable conditions of the glasses, I took a close at the repairs performed. CROOKS!!! He destroyed my diamond wedding band and tried to steal the diamond from me.... I took it in to get a diamond replaced. They promised that it would be a diamond that matched the others. I had my eye exam next door and didn't realize how blurry I was. When I got home, I saw that the diamond didn't match at all - it was much smaller, set much shorter - and the two prongs that were previously bent weren't replaced at all but just bent to an awkward V which stuck up in an uncomfortable and ugly single point.
