My mission is to provide high quality, nonjudgmental, compassionate care through ancient and modern bodywork techniques to assist you with reconnection to your Higher Self, thereby facilitating self-healing and balance.
Sugar is addicting. I think that if the FDA were to reevaluate sugar and the way it has been processed it would be classified as a drug. In fact, there has been numerous amounts of studies that sugar is more addicting then cocaine. Food companies understand the addictive power of sugar and it has seemed to sneak into every food product there is.

I was unable to get in with anyone else on such a short notice. I let the universe randomly select the number I would call. She picked up, scheduled me in and became the best massage therapist I have ever met to date. I have traveled all over. She really is truly intuitive and very talented. If you are looking for a Seaside Oregon massage, Jenn and the Healthy Hub is the place I would recommend. The are super friendly, helpful, and very good at what they do. Not to mention, they offer some great classes that I have attended on sugar detox and just being healthier in general. I couldn't recommend them more!

Alishia was amazing. Was only in town for 24 hours called for an appointment Tuesday afternoon and she was able to get me in first thing Wednesday morning. Her knowledge of massage as well as integrating stretching into my thirty minutes with her was amazing. Best massage I've had in a very long time!
