Releasing superficial fascia with these techniques can have a valuable benefit to various types of muscular dsyfunctions. This technique is performed by applying gentle substained pressure in a certain direction and holding that pressure until some degree of release is felt in the tissue.

If your looking to change up your normal workout routine than MatrixFit is where it's at. I did a Tacfit class and WOW! what an awesome work out. Using your own body weight and body movements really makes you pull out your inner strength. Everyone at Matrix was super helpful and patient since it was my first time. I don't know if I want to do a Tacfit or Kickboxing class next, I cant decide but I'm sure whatever class it is, it will be great!

I've been a member of several different gyms over many years. What I've disliked and what caused me to slack off and avoid going to them was little to no personal attention, the huge crowds, dirty equipment, lack of parking, etc. I was in search for somewhere that I could attend specialized classes, form relationships with people who would motivate me and encourage me in my health and wellness journey as well as educate me in physical education and exercise programs (so I could also do them on my own).
