JOE DE FRANCE Joe started his career as an apprentice at some of the best salons in the tri state area. Educated using Vidal Vassoon hair techniques, he became known for his cutting and coloring ability, establishing a loyal following of clients. By working with his client's facial features and hair texture Joe creates styles that compliment as well as enhance a woman's beauty. Nicole has been with Esthetica for 7 years. Specializing in manicures, pedicures, waxing, sugaring and makeup, she has degrees from Christine Valmy, Alexandria Professional Body Sugaring, and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.

I have the flyest cut because of Joe and this salon! How could I ever go anywhere else and walk around with a subpar look?! As long as I’m in this area, I will always get my cut/color here. I know my hair will look superb and I will have a laid back and friendly experience in the process. Get your cut here and you won’t be disappointed!

I've had my haircut here by Joe, Alfonse and John many times over the years. They're all extremely skilled, professional stylists. You really can't go wrong with any of them. Just got my COVID hair chopped off today by Joe, and I look fabulous. No muss. No fuss. Just a great haircut that was exactly what I wanted. That's what you get from true professionals. Bonus, they used a wonderful blend of products on my hair that left my hair smelling delicious.

Esthetica Salon is where I go when I want a haircut to look my best. I like the relaxed friendly atmosphere along with feeling assured I will receive the best possible professional service. Joe and his staff are amazing. I came in over the summer and asked for some advice on hair care and gel products. He said my wife's haircuts are just the style for my hair type, and recommended a pro styling gel to keep it neat. In short, they care about the customer more than the revenue. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Me and my mother had WORST experience in Esthetica Salon in Montclair, NJ. We called 5 different salons to see who had sensitive hair dye with no ammonia & they assured me she will be okay there. At NO time did they test the hair dye behind my mothers ear for an allergic reaction. They did not tell us what they used until they were confronted with this. We went to the salon to address this and were greeted by the owners Joe & Alfonso. Alfonso was very condesending. Speaking to us in spanish and telling us who is going to pay for the hair dye and who is going to help pay for the rent. He

An excellent salon! my stylist, Ligia, is the best! I've been getting my hair done by her for over decade. The service I receive from her and the team keep me coming back! Anytime I've gotten my haircut while traveling, I've been disappointed. Even when I lived in the Manhattan, I came to Esthetica for service.

I've walked past Esthetica Salon multiple times and finally decided to stop in on a Saturday morning with no appointment. I was immediately acknowledged and the attendant said it was no problem for me to have my hair done that day. Charles trimmed my hair and did a phenomenal job. He is an expert and well versed in all things hair and hair care related. Even better, he took the time to understand my hair and what I wanted. The experience was great. I will definitely be going back to Esthetica Salon.

Really enjoyed my experience at this salon. Happened upon it and they were so kind to my child, treated her like a million dollars and put the widest smile on her ten year old face. I also walked in without an appointment and the blow out was great and fairly priced. I'm extremely faithful to my stylist but it's not always possible for schedules to jive. I so enjoy all the services at Esthetica!! The staff is very professional and knowledgeable of all the latest styles and products. i am always warmly greeted upon my arrival. The owners care about the clients. I have my hair cut, highlighted and blown out at Esthetica and am always pleased. Also, the nail and waxing area is VERY clean and the mani/pedi, as well as waxes, are the best I have ever received.

I have been coming to Esthetica and Ligia (my stylist) for six years and cannot recommend her highly enough. She really listens to me, has given me great counsel (love the Brazilian straightening!) and is a super colorist. The salon itself is a pleasure to visit and everyone (thank-you Pam and Lisa) is friendly and good at what they do.
