Thank you for the help with my pup Stella. They were kind and understanding of my concerns. Everything turned out well with my pup. Thank you again for taking my concerns and making sure her mild cough was not anything too serious.

I have a 20 year old cat that needed urgent attention. I called my regular vet and they could not squeeze her in. I called several local vets with the same issue. I really did not want to take her to an urgent care animal hospital (her situation started in the morning and several vet clinics were open). I called JAH. I was panicking by this point and the staff was wonderful, they placed me a brief hold and then told me to bring Chloe in. They told me upfront there was an urgent care fee ($25) and a vet fee ($30). They got us right in and assessed Chloe. I left her there and was picking her back

I really love JAH, I've been taking my animals there for 20 years and they still maintain their standards.

The pound itself is full so we adopted a pup, the staff was very helpful and let us take out a couple dogs to get to know before we made a choice. The staff seems a little overwhelmed because there's so many dogs there that being said they take really good care of the animals. We've only had him for a couple of days but this dog is just great! We did rename him, Lincoln.

Dr. Lee is one in my opinion the best Veterinarian around. He has a love and passion for animals. But he's not your ordinary vet He is straight to the point takes care of your special family member. I have never taken my pets there and ever had a problem in 13 years

I. LOVE. THIS. VET. CLINIC.
Seriously, every single person working here is always SO nice. All of the veterinarians are always so patient & kind, & take time to explain everything. I will never take my boys anywhere else!

This place is a absolute joke! This is our beautiful Staffordshire terrier that we took there to get her ears cropped. They cropped them alright. Royally messed them up & continued to tell us not to put any post on them. We called them numerous times telling them that the ears where curling up, there response was to “massage the ears and stretch them” we did all of this. They were steadily looking worse. My husband took her up there and they said that they could “try to fix them but there wasn’t a guarantee” mind you we had already paid $400 to get her ears done and they butchered them

If I could give negative stars I would. My family’s beloved Pug was mistreated and dismissed as fine when it was very apparent even to a non medical expert he was not okay. We tried explain that he hadn’t been eating and they didn’t even show concern. They gave us an appointment for 3 weeks later. And obviously we couldn’t wait 3 weeks. When taken to a different vet they immediately identified what was wrong(something Jacksonville was never able to do over the course of many visits and tests and money) and said they were surprised he wasn’t deaf or dead. The new vet was able to find the
