It can be hit and miss. Pedicure chairs are great. They will attempt to up-sell the heck out of you, but I’m usually all in for that so it doesn’t bother me. Some nail techs are very inattentive (using their phone while they do your manicure or pedicure for example). Overall experience is good, but not fabulous.

I moved to this area a little over a year ago and found Oasis soon after. At first, I was very pleased with their services, the techs were quiet but took their time & seemed to care about their work. My daughter and I have been coming back religiously ever since. We have begun to notice up charges for parts of their services that should be included in the price of getting nails done. My last visit, the tech absolutely would not make my nails shorter even after I asked her several times to shorten them, she then charged me an extra $5 for “long nails”. I don’t get my nails done very often but today was my nursing graduation, I just wanted a light pink gel manicure, I was picking out a color and Mia T told me she knew what I wanted, the color ended up being a clear pink when I wanted a covering pink, I told her afterwards and she said she would buff the polish down and put a more covering color over it. This is when I got bad, there was no reason for her to buff my nails to the point where they are still burning half an hour later. I was very polite when confronting her about the color, and I did not deserve the way I was treated. For $40 I

I went here and the lady was rude slamming cabinets and going psycho on my nails getting the gel off extremely rude. My pedicure was quick and my feet are horrible now after and it's only been 2 weeks. My gel polish chipped the 1st week friends was off within 3 days my toenails normally last 3 weeks polished this lasted a week. I spent close to $200 including tip and I will never go back again.

Don't get your nails done here. They have terrible customer service. I gave the nail tech Christine a reference photo and she left me with nails that weren't even close & they cost $80 !!! I would've asked her to take them off but I had things to do and no time. So I complain to the manager and I'm told that I can get them fixed with no charge , I come to the salon and I'm told I can only get them fixed by the same lady who did them for no charge if I want someone else I have to pay. They were rushing and talking the whole time, gel polish on the side of my finger didn’t even try to get it off, was trying to keep my composure but will never go back. Not worth it!!! Nails look like they were done for a week.. I guess I didn’t look like I was a good tipper

I have used this salon before, and was very pleased. However, today was a different experience. My manicure was great, my pedicure was terrible. She used old polish, and it smeared, she got mad when I questioned it, and then tried to slip my flip flops on over wet polish….. just a mess! Ill redo my pedicure tomorrow myself. I’m disappointed! I will not go back! Sorry, I’m not one to complain, but this was too much to let pass!

I'm a frequent customer and I spend between 130-180 plus $10 tip each visit. (Except this visit) I visited this spa today to have my old set of acrylic nails removed, get a new set on my hands, fill on my toes as well as a polish change on my toes. The nail tech whose name is Judy T. rushed my nails leaving acrylic and polish everywhere. She made the skin around my cuticle bleed, never spoke other than saying what length. HORRIBLE!! Went in with my daughter for nails and pedi. and these "nail techs" were THE worst! They did not cut down or file my toe nails, they did not cut the cuticles and I can see my nails through the polish. My polish looks all patchy.
As for my daughters full set they refused to do her nails in the shape and length that she requested. Said they didn't do that . They had no idea what they were doing! Filed down her nails so much that there was hardly anything left to work with. Needless to say we will never return here. Oh and all this incompetence cost me $210!!!!

The guy I went to idk he was really shady.. he did my nails a fill in and charged $20 for that gel nail the he charged me for Length $10 and I came there with long nails.. yet I was charged for them smh, then I asked for a certain color that they had in normal nail polish but he was red me to do it in gel he said he couldn't do it with normal nail polish. Really was because it was going to take a little longer and he didn't wanna do that. Because it was close to closing time. I assume on top of him not having the color I wanted and making me get gel I asked in the beginning of getting

Went with 7 people for pedicures. We all wore masks and they have plastic shields up in front of the chairs. I had Steven and absolutely loved the job he did. So 5 stars for my guy!! My legs and toes feel amazing after a tangerine pedi. Anna did a great job on two friends also. But, a few of the people in the group had kind of crappy experiences. One person did a crappy job and missed painting part of my sister's big toe and her feet are still rough. Another person in our group still has a lot of dead skin and still look kind of bad. I would definitely ask for Steven or even Anna if you go

Horrible experience. Left with my nails looking worse than when I went in. Used old nail polish and the technician just kept adding thinner, even though I told him several times, the nail polish looked like lumpy batter. For my nails he went and got a new batch of polish. If it was that easy, he should have just done that. Only used a rough emery board on my nails. Shaped them crooked, left them rough and didn't clean the cuticle very well. I mentioned something to the lady at checkout and all she offered was... I'm sorry. She said I could come back later tonight but I just spent an hour

The salon its self looks to be nice but they do not know how to do nails! My dip powder nails look like a pre schooler did them with puffy paint and my toes have cuts on them from where the lady work on them that are extremely painful. They also place everyones finger in the same dip container which I think is very unsanitary especially during this pandemic. Not to mention they try to sale you on everything and then get mad when you don't buy their $75 pedicure. Will not be going back!

I've visited twice. Once they were so quick to get people in and out that the lady put so much top coat on my nails that it was running off my ring and pinky finger. She didn't fix it and said it would come off. Figured I just had bad luck that visit. The second visit I made an appointment and they had me wait 45 mins to be seen because they didn't have enough nail techs working. I will not go back a third time. Waste of time and money.

I've been going to Oasis for several years when I visit Winter Haven (which is approximately 5 times a year.) Over time the service has declined dramatically. Yesterday was my last and final visit--for a toenail polish change and gel nails. A polish change no longer consists of trimming the nails...tech didn't even ask. Sloppy, rushed job on my gel manicure...no lotion on hands and arms. Of course I tipped him like I was happy because I didn't actually know how sloppy it was until I got outside in the bright light.

Great staff; professional work and superb quality! Never have a problem with nails lifting, chipping or fading. I have been going here for years.
They can do any nail design you bring them. I like tough designs and crazy art from pics I find.I just bring it in & they do it .
