A Smiling Heart Dentistry began in the basement of my parents house, sitting on the benches of my mother's 2 old pianos. As a new family, it was the beginning of everything in our lives. My pregnant wife (my Smiling Heart) and I, sat down on those benches and prayed. We have spent more time on pondering about the name of the office than our coming newborn (I declare this shamefully).
However, this proves how much I care how my work will affect people's lives. Welcome to the winner's circle of the 2012 BOB award for best dentist in Redmond, WA. I want it to go beyond dentistry, beyond the physical smiles, as a person is much more than the physical appearance. I wanted to take care of the person as a whole.

This place is amazing, everyone is super nice! I'm a recent new patient here and did my general dental check-up, normal cleaning and deep cleaning with Kristine as my hygienist. She is absolutely amazing and I'm so grateful I could met her and have her take care my cleaning. I was super afraid of dental work before but Kristine just helped me overcome my fear! She carefully walked me through every steps and I didn't even feel a little pain during the deep cleaning process! I really appreciate her great job and highly recommend her if you are looking for a dental hygienist.

If I could, I would give these people 50 stars, not 5!
After past experiences, with dentists scaring me, with white walls and preoccupied faces , discovering the Smiling Hearts was like Christmas in June ( that’s when my first appointment was).
I could write pages, describing in detail all the procedures and how each member of team helped me, but let me just say this: I always felt ashamed, uncomfortable and very scared going to the dentist - having to go for an implant seemed like the end of the world! Guess what? Today I had my first implant, my existing crowns are now perfectly adjusted

They are AMAZING!! Dr. Tigran makes me feel more confident in my smile with the ongoing procedure I’m going through. I feel like I’m in fairytale when I visit the dental office, everyone is super sweet and kind. I always feel like a princess after my procedures, and I leave with a flower in my hands, so cute!! He’s very detail oriented and knows exactly how to fix the condition. I didn’t know getting braces also requires to check my airways and posture. He explains everything so perfectly, and makes you understand how everything is all connected. 1000/100000 would definitely recommend seeing

Love Love Love ~ A Smiling Heart Dentistry, what a amazing place where I had an excellent experience here. Just moved to this new town and needed my cleaning & checkup and end it up needing a root canal. Dr. Tigran Khachatryan did a wonderful painless procedure where I fell asleep while he was working and that's how amazing he was.

I have 2 dental insurance - Bluecross Blueshield and United Healthcare Dental. How do I use them simultaneously to maximize the benefit?

Very professional and knowledgeable dentists. I would say they are very careful to do their best. All the staff from A Smiling Heart Dentistry try to make your experience an enjoyable one. From the warm scented blankets, fresh flowers to take home, coffee, tea and lots of other extras, they go above and beyond any dentist I have ever been to. Its a very relaxing spa like atmosphere here. I had a few separate special situations which they were able to work around each time. Its definitely a 5+ dentist.

I've been going to Smiling Heart for many years now for all of my dental needs. Whether it's getting a cleaning, filling or root canal I always receive the best work and am always taken care of. Recently I got a crown and was treated with great service as they did more work on it even after it was made to ensure that it matched the rest of my teeth and looked as natural as possible. Smiling heart always provides top notch service and you can feel they really care about their work.

Our family has been going here for a year now and two times I have had painful cleanings. I thought maybe it was me but the second time was as painful as the first cleaning. My daughter just went recently and saw a different hygienist and she also experienced a painful cleaning. My teeth are in good condition so I'm not sure why we are having this experience. May need to switch to a different dentist.

I highly recommend Smiling Heart - I have been coming here for a few years now and I always have a positive experience. They take care of you. They spoil you. They have a warm, homey, friendly environment. The front desk ladies are very welcoming and caring and very helpful!
Their waiting room is cozy, with comfortable chairs (even a massage one), TV, and some chocolates and cookies!

I switched to this dentist 2-3 years ago and took advantage of their free whitening deal for new customers. Yey!
I liked my hygienist, she did an amazing job cleaning, paid attention to details, gave me advice and was gentle with my teeth.
Fast forward, I haven't been happy with my last two appointments.
First the hygienist I liked left and am I not very happy with the new one, I don't feel that my current one pays attention to details and is rough on my teeth when cleaning.
Second, there is always a different doctor, not the one I was seeing regularly in the first 1-2 years, who

As a 1 year old customer from a recommendation, I cannot say enough great things about this dental group... Dr. Lee has, on 3 procedures, given me a PAIN FREE experience. I'm a high fear dental patient (difficult at best) and he and Inna have surpassed all my expectations and hopes for a pain free dental experience. I HIGHLY recommend them and look forward (well, thats kinda a lie- I never look forward to dentistry) but will say I will follow their proscribed treatment and maintenance. Reception area welcomes you with a drinks and a massage chairs. Smiling Heart is wonderful. The staff are warm, professional and courteous. In addition to outstanding dentistry, they provide courtesy services to make you feel at home - warm towels, music, soft blankets, aromatherapy, etc. They often even give me a rose to take home for my partner.
Most important, their dentists and hygienists do good work. I've had two cavities they took care of and have had a few deep cleanings. I'm happy to be a patient and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.

This is not just a dentistry. Smiling Heart really makes you smile from the minute you walk in until you walk out. Starting with the front desk genuine greetings, Inna and Karen are both so genuine and friendly. You immediately feel welcome and as comfortable as you can be. I sat down in the very cozy and "home-like" waiting area and had a very yummy latte brought over to me on a cute glass cart! I mean this is beyond customer service! There were tasty pastries, beautiful flowers around the office, a fireplace, and very comfy chairs. I didn't want to leave I was loving it. After

After moving to Washington, I came to Dr. Tigran for my 6 month checkup. Everyone who works at their office is nice and friendly and does a great job.
However, I had an issue with Dr. Tigran's diagnosis of how many cavities he believed needed filling. He said I need ELEVEN (11) fillings. Long story short, he seems like a good dentist who does a thorough job, however he is definitely more aggressive than most dentists (especially when it comes to deciding to re-fill an existing filling). Plus, two different dentists disagreed with Tigran's findings, both agreeing that I only had 3 cavities
