Me and my wife lived in our apartment for 3 years. Overall its a nice relatively quiet apartment complex. The maintenance team is great, whenever we had an issue with an appliance they were very quick to sort it out. Office staff were ok generally over the years some times they could be a little bit more helpful but overall were adequate. We moved out in May and were nervous after reading some reviews of getting massively over charged and not recieving any deposit back. However I'm glad to report they were very fair with their charges and we got our deposit back pretty quickly afterm moving out

Worst experience. I have rented at several apartments and this is by for the worst. The only people that give this place 5 starts are people that haven’t moved out yet. Management is horrible and they charge an arm and a leg when you move out. We were charged a total of 2200 when we moved out. We are very clean people and took very good care of the apartment. They replace the carpet for everyone that moves and find reasons to replace it. They will completely repaint your whole apartment because if they paint one wall they have to paint them all because it “looks funny to have one wall painted

Zero stars. The absolute WOSRT apartment if you have a family. My poor kid can't get any sleep here! Constant constant noise all the time. There is the garbage and recycling truck that comes so early every morning, beeping and making so much racket. Then after it's the constant lawn work almost every single day for hours and hours on end. I've currently been listening to leaf blowers for the last 3 hours, just trying to put my baby to sleep!!! No peace or quiet. The guys just stand around or walk up and down the side walks for hours using leaf blowers. The walls are paper thin you

I went into Legacy Oaks with an open mind after reading some of these reviews and a year later I wish I rented from somewhere else. It may seem like an awesome place to rent from but trust me you'll want to stay far away. First off the garbage truck always came so early in the morning, cracking bottles and made it impossible to get some sleep. Parking was a hassle, good luck finding a spot. ALSO when we did our walk through they charged us for having a "smudge on the outlet" and we put in so much effort to make the place look spotless. We paid a $925 dollar deposit and they still managed to charge

Very accommodating staffing! I have had a few things that needed taking care of and the staff here were more than willing to work with me and get me to where i needed to be. I couldn't be any happier to be living here. Sure the prices are a little higher, but the quality of services are well worth it!

This apartment complex is terrible. As a graduate student, I applied to live there and was informed I was a "High Risk" renter because I had student loans out for my education. I paid a 1400 dollar deposit for my 2 bedroom apartment--which outweighed my monthly rent. When I moved in, the dishwasher was filthy, and it took maintenance a month to come fix the problem. I lived there for 11 months and moved out early. In that time I never hung so much as a thumbtack on my wall. When I moved out they took my entire deposit for painting, cleaning (even though I left it spotless) and I was charged 1100

I moved into Legacy Oaks in June 2017 and have had nothing but a positive experience living here. Moving in was hassle free, maintenance repairs are extremely quick and thorough upon request (from smoke alarms to broken appliances, I've never had to wait more than a day to get anything fixed), and the staff here goes above and beyond to make sure this place is kept in good shape. My only suggestion is that if you have issues with neighbors stomping above you, then try to get an upstairs unit, but I personally am not bothered by the occasional noises. I wish I could give this community more than 5 stars. It's beautiful. When we signed our lease is was a really good experience. I love the dog park, the gym, and the community. The apt is beautiful. It reminds me of staying at a resort. We have had one issue since moving in and they handled within the hour. The keepers of the community "maintenance" are amazing. Very friendly. They wave hello, say hi to my dogs. We feel like we are family here. Thank you everyone. =)

I moved in a couple weeks ago. Love it so far! Its such a cute apartment with a pretty good amount of storage! Everything works good, and I like the staff. Its been really great to have the dog park available to us. I have no problems here so far and highly recommend it if you are looking to move somewhere.

I moved in about a month ago. When I came in to tour the office staff was super friendly and upbeat. They made it such a great experience I was nearly skeptical. This apartment had everything I was looking for. I decided to move in. As it turns out the staff was just as friendly after I moved in as they were when I toured. I don't know why the bad reviews are on here because this has been an all around great experience.

This place is great! Very helpful and friendly staff with down-to-earth and personable attitudes. Never had a problem with them in any way and any time I have an issue they take care of it promptly! They're also very accommodating if you have special concerns. The apartments themselves are bright and spacious, clean and well-maintained, the grounds well kept and tidy. I love living here!

I was so surprised to read these negative reviews...I have not had any of those problems. I have lived here for about 6 months and have loved every second of it. The managers are fantastic and always have a smile for me and are willing to help with any needs I have right on the dot. I love how clean the grounds are, and they even come with a leaf blower and clean out the spot in front of my door. You do hear neighbors, but I have never lived in an apartment where that was not the case. My electric bill is never over 50 dollars and there are 4 of us living here. Horribly over priced. A ripoff when it came to getting our deposit. They kept our pet deposit after telling us it was a general deposit. Lied, in other words. We were told the deposit was for the pet. They came in and inspected the cleaning, said it looked great then proceeded to charge us more than half of the deposit because of cleaning. Ridiculous. Avoid this place like the plague.
