Its OK, but not worth the money they're asking.
Pros:
Great location. Next to Walgreens, about a mile from Kaiser Permanente Skyline, walking distance from an elementary school, park, and groceries.
Relatively quiet and safe area. Considering how many apartments they crammed in such a small area it was nice and quiet most of the time.
Maintenance request done timely. They would usually get to a request within 48 hours or less.
Cons:
Ridiculously expensive. I was paying $1500+ for a two bedroom two bath apartment. Square footage wasn't much.
The place has a cheap feel to it. It looks nice
