I have always felt welcome and at home in this apartment community. The staff is fantastic. I never have problems connecting with them for needs. They are very quick to respond to maintenance needs.the land scaping is beautiful and well taken care of. The units are amazing, even our own washers and dryers. Rent is very reasonable, especially for what you're getting, I was amazed! I like the private entrance aspect. Just love, love, it here. Fantastic place to live

I believe some of the negative remarks may be coming from people who have never lived in apartments before. I've been around the block a number of times before. We've rented apts, duplexes, owned several homes and I spent 10 years in a senior residence. This place is wonderful. Yes, I hear noise from above me; that is apt living. You ignore it. It's very quiet overall. Everyone I've run into is respectful. The apt is luxury compared to most apartments and I absolutely love it here. I came from a place where the managers bullied the residents. The managers and maintenance here are the best. For

The beauty and affordability of these homes is only surpassed by the efficient and friendly nature of the staff who work here and keep this place running. Most days are so lovely and peaceful that I forget I'm in an apartment and not an actual house. I can hardly ever hear the neighbors and it's very clean and quiet. It's a wonderful area for families and children plus the on site, completely fenced in, park and basketball court are luxuries for my three toddler boys!
Residentss here are respectful and kind and families playing together outside happens frequently. Maintenance requests are handled

**UPDATE!!**
So I initially put a 1star. Because of the building is made in a poor way. I've never had an issue with Management, and in the past experiences with other complexes management was poor. Here, Breeze is Awesome. She is the assistant manager and does ( in my point of view) a good job. My biggest pet peeve is the noise of the building. The neighbors constantly yell at each other. And my up stairs neighbors, don't understand the word quiet when it is after 10pm. Time and time again, upstairs neighbors fail to realize the time of night. This place is nice to live if you can handle noise

This is a really beautiful apartment complex. It’s wonderful and brand new, and overall a really nice vibe to the whole area. However, can these people ever answer there phones? Sometimes they answer on the second ring, and when I try to talk they say “Hello?”, hang up. Okay no problem maybe it’s a phone error. Call back, no answer. Or they just never answer at all. The communication is awful.
Another annoying thing is that is appointment only no matter what. When we were dropping off our application fee, which we were told it was okay by a man who worked there, when we went back a woman

Why bother having phones if you NEVER ANSWER Them???
What are you doing in there all day?
Also - the gym, playground, and basketball court are all closed, despite the rest of the county having all of those things open!
Their response? A "free" temporary membership to a gym 40 minutes away! Ludicrous!

We’ve been here for about 5 months.The apartment is beautiful. Granite countertops and high ceilings are lovely. However, it feels like it’s all for show. This place looked great in the pictures, but it has been unpleasant to live in. Our biggest gripe is noise. We have the unlucky 2nd floor spot and we can hear just about everything the upstairs neighbors are doing. We know when they’re doing laundry, running the garbage disposal, arguing, watching TV, and when their kids play it sounds like they’re trying to break through our ceiling. I don’t mind that nearly as much as the downstairs
