Paul is the man! He was *immediately* responsive to our request for quotes, his pricing was fair and straightforward, and he made time in his schedule for our quick turnaround. Paul was punctual (ahead of time, actually), thorough, and very pleasant person all around. He not only took the time to look at EVERYTHING, but he took the time to explain what was going on in a language we could understand. He used to be a science teacher, so maybe that is the reason he was so proficient at explaining complex or foreign concepts to us in a digestible way. Paul's inspection report is second to none. It

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Cummins. We called him on a Saturday evening and had an appointment by Monday morning. He was thorough, serious and highly professional. I hired Paul to inspect my apartment prior to purchasing. Paul was incredibly professional, identified problem areas and offered practical means to address each problem. I hired him three years ago and have recommended him to every friend purchasing a home, and they were just as pleased with the service. My real estate agent has also started to hire her for other listings. I still occasionally pepper Paul with home owner questions and he is always responsive. I can't recommend him enough!
