This is the second home inspection we have had from Ernesto, and as always it is a pleasure dealing with him. He really does look out for the buyers interest and gives us advice on anything we may want to consider for the future, for example moving the washing machine to access the water value to make it easier, or putting terminate pods outside for safe measure.
He is fast, efficient and gets the job done on time, with great availability making it so much more easier for us. Even with COVID, he was able to assist us in the inspection of our future home and I would recommend him to anyone buying

I can’t say enough good things about E-spection or Ernest Malanga! His inspection was very thorough, he was extremely knowledgeable and he effectively communicated both potential and existing issues with the house he inspected for me.
During the inspection, Ernesto, who was very professional and approachable, verbally communicated his findings. The report he provided was very well organized- excellent in fact- in its presentation, format and its design and it was easy to read and follow. Suggested solutions to identified issues, both existing and potential, were included.

Ernesto showed up early, explained what he was going to do, what he’d be looking for and executed. If something needed to be brought to my attention, he brought it up and carefully explained it to me making sure I understood before moving on. After the inspection he sent a thorough review of the inspection with well taken pictures, serving as a veritable handbook for the bones of the home.

We were in desperate need of a home inspection and we did not know who to go to as this was the first time we were buying a house. We were referred to Ernesto through a friend and we couldn't be happier. Ernesto was very through and explained every part of the inspection to us.
