Comparing to our previous inspector, Joseph by far did a better job. Firstly, he did a thorough inspection, really really thorough. Also, he has a tablet to document every problems along with his camera, which makes the report clear and neat. We are really impressed by his works. The inspection by Mr. Joseph Biju was excellent! he was on time and did a thorough inspection.

I wanted an home inspector who was also a home engineer given that I was buying an expensive new construction and wanted an opinion on the basement foundation cracks. He was told before he went. Not only did he never document anything regarding it (not sure if he was covering himself for liabilities?) but he never mentioned that the home didn’t have natural gas (was propane). On day of signing .. I find out. That’s a huge negative as propane is far expensive than natural gas and I could have negotiated better. The whole point of the inspection is to mention these things. As first time home buyers, my husband and were looking a diligent and trustworthy professional. Biju was just that. Prior to booking, we were able to look over a sample report of his work. They were very thorough yet easy to comprehend. The actual reports we received, reflected the same (received within 24-28 hours!). Additionally, Biju was prompt and able to easily accommodate our schedules.

BJ came as a recommendation from our realtor for our home inspection. I called and he was out at the property doing the inspection the next day. The day after that, I got a full Inspection report by email. I could not have asked for an easier transaction. He was very friendly and made sure I had no other questions or concerns about the inspection and was also readily available to call to ask questions once he read over the report. Definitely recommend!

First time I am writing a review for a company, the reasons are two, first I was introduced BJs by the agent. I hesitate to hire him because the agent introduced me, still I checked his website and reviews. I found lots of good review and couple of bad review. I spent little time on the bad reviews and his reply and I understand the story. I want to tell that the few negative reviews are on his sites are fake and one guy is doing it purposefully.

He had done really good job reviewing a house which I was pursuing at the beginning of 2017. Knowledgeable, take time to inspect every corner of the house and very professional. Explained each item with pictures shown next to it with detail description. I was able to negotiate with owner to correct the faults due to his inside out inspection. Recommend any 1st time buyer. Above all very reasonable price for superior service.

I am dealing with Biju Joseph from quite some time now. He is punctual, and takes appointments even on short notice. He is soft spoken, and he is a professional at his work, his reports are very detailed with pictures, gives correct advice about the property he is inspecting.
