Superb service! They replaced my driver side mirror after the glass was shattered. Mike was incredibly professional at every step of the way, offering me options and communicating in a timely manner. The waiting area is clean and they provide free K-cup coffee to you. If you live in West Philly and your Toyota has been in a collision, I would highly recommend Paul Bros.

This is my first time using Paul brothers auto body shop and I was a little nervous about going there since it was my first time. They came through with getting my car taken in for repairs and with the rental. They really Showdown by delivering my car on schedule as they promised and made the whole process seamless. Some may protect the price of their shop but the quality of their craftsmanship and doing work does command it. As they say buy once cry once

I had my car repaired here a couple of times and recently I've noticed a part of my front bumper started to chip/peel away. Charlie check it out and it was covered under there lifetime warranty. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a body shop that's honest and takes responsibility for their work. Thank you guys for keeping my 2010 Corolla looking good.

Came into Paul Brothers and Addaie immediately helped me out. The insurance company of the at fault driver was attempting to give us both the run around and Addaie made sure that they took care of everything.
I left them with a cracked bumper (in photos) including backup camera malfunction, and damage to the overall locking and lid of the trunk.
I was setup with a rental car that day and left out of there.
When I got my car back she looked beautiful (also pictured) The body work they did was incredible and the personable service is something that will have me coming back when needed but also

Great Place to take your car to, they do good work and they are very helpful. Our daughters car was stolen and wrecked and they did a great job repairing it making it look like new again, then a month latter a hit and run and they did another great job. They get the jobs done in a timely manner and high quality comes with it. They are very easy to work with and made the process very easy and they worked well with insurance and helped them when needed. Wouldn't go anywhere else and if you need body work go here, you won't regret it!

Hands down the best customer service I've had anywhere! I'll recommend this shop to anyone that asks. Service at the front desk was great. Rich was particularly amazing - he was thorough and informative with all facets of the repair. He handled the majority of correspondence with both insurance companies, adjusters, and car rental. (By the way, I would NOT recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in University City.) Can't say enough about Rich and my entire Paul Bros Auto Body Experience. My car came back looking brand new - they really went above and beyond. Many thanks!!
