A+!! The customer service, performance, and process was superb. I took my X3 in for the pre-paid full service package and was greeted by Dan Carden. Dan walked me through all the things they would fix and explained the process. I hadn't even noticed some of the dings Dan pointed out! He followed up with me periodically to let me know how it was going and finally that my X3 was ready. When I arrived Dan was there again to greet me and showed me the results. Amazing!! I can't thank Dan and everyone at Perillo Collision enough for the great work. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

I fell in love with my car even more after Perillo.
My Aston Martin DB11 had a few rock chips, nothing major. But before I put a clear film on, it only seemed proper to fix the few minor imperfections before sealing them in. I inquired with a few different shops, including the Aston Martin shop that was local. But it took all of one conversation with Kevin Daly to know my car couldn't be in better hands than his. I don't regret that decision for a second. He was very intuitive and knew exactly what the car needed, and in our in-person meeting he took the time to explain everything in near-obsessive

Recently scratched/dented my car in a parking garage and needed a repair. Called and received quotes from multiple shops in the area and Perillo Collision provided me with a quick and fair estimate. As soon as I pulled in, Pat took a look at the car and gave me a quote in under 2 minutes. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and gave me time to decide whether or not I wanted to follow through. The repairs took less than a week and my car looks good as new. Highly recommend bringing your car here and will definitely be going back if needed.

If you want to find a place to detail your car, this is definitely not the place. I purchased my car last year from perillo bmw and I got a 3 times free detail package included in my purchase. I used my first one few months ago and I was shocked how poorly the job was done. The car wasn't even properly washed before they detailed it. Bugs were still on the front bumper and you can still see dust randomly hiding in the corner. How could you detail a car without even get it totally cleaned? And the car looks absolutely horrible under the sunshine. The holograms are all over the place. I didn

So professional!! They did an awesome Jim on my BMW X6 !! They even removed a dent from the hood of my car that wasn’t even part of the collision!! I can’t even tell the dent was there no it was nice size dent and it’s completely gone! Aldin was so nice and professional he kept me informed on the status of my vehicle through the whole process! I never had to call and check . They even had my car ready before the date that was given!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! This place is the best!!!!

I personally had my auto repaired at this location after I experienced being rear-ended on the expressway several months ago. When I say these people have excellent customer service skills. They are immaculate, they were prompt as far as getting me into a rental car and servicing my repair needs. I highly recommend this shop to anyone & to always do the repairs on my BMW. This post is long overdue. Generally most people know that 1 star reviews are just consumers who are looking to complain about everything and want something free. I can assure you, this is a legit review.
I had my car broken into and so I took it for repairs to the leather, window frame, and window itself, plus I think a little body paint, all caused by the crowbar that was likely used to get in. I have a BMW X3 so when I called the Perillo dealership they referred me to their "collision shop". First, they did not tell me it was NOT associated with BMW. I was under the impression
