Was referred by my guys at Ashland Auto and they were great. Greg helped over the phone and email and got the appointment done in the time they promised. Good guys to have on hand if you need them.

Tiger’s was able to get my car in to repair my side mirror the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate. They don’t over charge and are honest, transparent about parts, costs, and repair times! And Greg in the office was kind and on top of everything when I called and brought my car in. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others!

Came here for a leaky sunroof and a bulb replacement. Greg was very nice and got my car fixed in a couple hours. Very reasonably priced and super quick. Win win.
Hopefully my sunroof won't leak anymore, but I guess I'll find out the next time it pours. It was fine during a car wash. Fingers crossed.

I thought I had a major expense and problem on my hands when I absent-mindedly backed out of my garage before it was fully open, shattering my rear windshield into hundreds of pieces. The first repair shop I called at the recommendation of the car dealer said there were no replacement parts available because my car was too new. Fortunately, Tiger's Body Shop not only found the part, but they got it in the next day and completed the repair in just a few hours at an amazingly affordable price. I couldn't have been happier with the results! I would recommend this body shop to others.

My car was in a hit and run. They did a great job with replacing front side panel and passenger door. Paint job was perfect. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend

Had an excellent experience with tiger auto body. My car was the victim of an overnight hit and run by a snow plow that trashed my car's rear side panel and bumper. Greg gave me a fair estimate and was able to get it down even lower after he was able to source some aftermarket parts. When I asked how long a repair like this would take he told me a week and a half. Exactly a week and a half later tiger auto called me to say my car was ready. I wasn't expecting too much since they were using used parts but my car looks great and I'm really happy with the work. Many thanks to Greg and the Tiger Auto

I used to go to Tiger's to get my car fixed. However, last time I drove past, they had the thin blue line flag hanging in all of their windows. So, I won't be going back.

Why getting a quote from Tiger's is a requirement and not an option:

1. Ease: My car got checked out and I left with a quote in hand in all of about 10 minutes. No waiting in a lobby for someone to be free or taking forever to generate your quote.

2. Value: The quote I got was so well priced that I was almost concerned, but please see point 3.

3. Quality: The job was done perfectly, I can't even tell where the damage was before, or that there was ever a patch job done.

I will absolutely be returning for any autobody work I need done.

I took an aftermarket radio for my 2019 Toyota 4Runner to tiger body shop to match the trim to my oem dashboard and they knocked it out the park. There's not enough good things I can say about these guys and the quality of work they do. Thank you Greg, Scott and everyone from tigers body shop.

Aside from not wearing facemasks around customers (which is totally unacceptable), they also forgot about my car, lost my key, and told the insurance company the job was done when they hadn't even started it. As a result of their mistakes, a 2.5 day job took 7 days to complete, and I had to pay $130 out-of-pocket to extend my rental car that the insurance wouldn't cover.

[UPDATE: After posting this review, Greg reached out to me and apologized for mistakes, and offered to cover the out-of-pocket expenses. I appreciate the professional response. I've used Tiger's several times

Superb job had a gouge on one side and scrape on the other...completrd job was spot on color match and dent/gouge removal! Fair price and attention to detail. The small jar of touch up paint I found was also a nice touch. Highly recommended!ice touch

My side mirror had gotten knocked off by another car. They got the new mirror in quickly and were flexible with my schedule. They even let me work in their office while I was waiting for the new mirror to be done. They were very respectful, friendly, and didn’t overcharge me! The new mirror looks great. I would recommend them for sure.

Garbage service, took my car and these guys kept ignoring me when I tried asking questions about my car

Seemed like a great shop when I dropped off my bumper for paint 2 weeks ago, great conversation and friendly service, literally a 3 minute drive from home. The job was supposed to be done last Friday, but I didn't mind when I received no call. I called them the following Tuesday to check in and they had no idea which bumper I was referring to... I finally had to stop by in person to get them to call me back and say that they lost and forgot to start working on my part. I went to Tiger's and took my bumper back and they couldn't have cared less. This kind of experience leaves a customer

I believe these guys are probably good at what they do and are likely trustworthy. Just highly disorganized. My car was forgotten about and not finished when it was supposed to be

Good "ol Tiger's. A fixture "round these parts", they be. 'Twas a frigid and dank January day, and a scraping was emanating from everywhere and nowhere while tooling along in my state of the art hotrod* (* this is quite likely puffery and potentially misleading about the auto in question), knowing Tiger's was nearby, I drove straight there. Had such a wonderful experience here! I had bumped my friends brand new car against a fence and knocked the bumper out of alignment. Another shop told us they would have to replace the bumper and it would cost hundreds. Tiger's put it back into place and buffed out the mark in less than 5 minutes! There are still good and honest people left in this world!

I read reviews online of Tiger's and decided to try it as it was about $1000 less than another quote. My car is 7 years old (so not worth spending more than needed) but I didn't want it to rust because of a fender bender. Scott is a man of few words, but what he says is clear, and everything went exactly as he had said - the work, how long it would take. My car looks great, and they even cleaned the inside of it! I definitely recommend taking your car here.

Even though my bumper was completed, my car got broken into with my window shattered while being on the street in their care. The manager was a terrible person who lacked empathy about my car being broken into. Couldn’t have cared less and never reassured me my car would be safe for the duration of the repairs. I would never go there again. Rather pay more money in a suburb then ever go back there. Also just found broken glass in my car they didn’t CLEAN up.

I don't know how many hundreds of times that I passed this shop on my way to work without considering them for my auto needs. Very nice owner and fair, honest prices. I will definitely be going back for any opinions needed on vehicle repair. My final costs were lower than originally quoted.

Greg and Scott are industry leaders who genuinely care about their customers. Finding a company that prides themselves on their customer service in this industry is hard to come by, however they go above and beyond.

Long story short, Working with them showed me how well suited they are at taking care of any give customer. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto help.

Tiger's body shop has a highly talented team of technicians and an uncompromising commitment to the comfort, convenience and satisfaction of all their customers. We will always take our car here when it is needed. They are reasonably priced and do G R E A T work. The are very trusting, I would never think twice about referring anyone.

Awesome people who perform awesome work. I had my car door smashed and i was worried based on past auto body experiences about the cost and level of repairs. Tiger put all my nerves to rest from the moment i walked in till i picked up my restored car. The once banged up car looks brand spanking new!

UPDATE: I took my car back to Tiger's and Greg couldn't have been nicer about my concerns. I'm happy to give them 5 stars now.

Tiger's body shop did a fantastic job on my car, I am extremely happy with their work. They also worked with my insurance company and did all the work in a reasonable time frame and at a great price. I highly recommend them. Thanks Greg and all the workers at Tiger's body shop you are awesome!!

Went here for a bumper crack and multiple scratches from the lovely parallel Parkers on my street. Both owners were extremely nice to me and quote was exactly what final cost was. Took 2 days to complete which again was exactly what they said. They do plastic welding so the bumper looks brand new and I didn't have to buy a brand new one! Was about $400 for paint and plastic welding all together. I highly recommend!

The only negative I can even think of is the (sometimes) tough parking situation due to their location.
