Unprofessional, uncommunicative and slow. They took 4 weeks to fix my car and even then gave the car back with error messages that later appeared within the week. No one even reached out to let us know the delay in car parts, they just kept lying and lying when we called to see if the car was ready to pick up, telling us that it would be ready the next day. You're going to have to rent your own car or walk to work while waiting.
If you can take, your business elsewhere.

I really can’t say enough good things about these guys! I was in a bind after my mom backed into my car. She felt so guilty and we just really wanted to get it fixed asap and not have to think about it anymore. After calling numerous places who told me they were backed up til April. These guys got me in and out back together in only three days! Mike was particularly great to work with. My family are dedicated customers now! My car came back looking better than brand new. Can’t thank them enough!

This was an insurance claim. I called and spoke to Ruben and was able to go in for pictures and estimate within an hour of my 1st call. I was called back promptly and set up for a date to bring the car in for repairs. Ruben asked me about rental car at that time and I was set up hassle free with pick up and drop off. My car was repaired within a week and I was on my way. Kind courteous and prompt service.

David at U.S. Auto Connection is very helpful and efficient with taking care of everything for me. I know I’m in good hands, and can completely trust him to do what’s right by me. David goes above and beyond for his customers showing true… commitment to making sure everything runs smoothly in a timely manner during the process, especially dealing with my insurance. I received my estimate on Thurs with them, dropped my truck off Friday, and picked it up Wed without any issues

I went to several body shops but I felt uncomfortable with their quotes. One was a large body shop on N Shepherd that was considerably less. That was because they left out a very expensive but necessary part. I was referred to US Auto Connection by a good friend. Bottom line, US Auto Connection did an excellent job and in quick order at the right price. I trust them and I’ll never go anywhere else.

I took my car in on a Thursday for an estimate and they took pictures of the damage, sent the pictures to my insurance company. On Friday I got a call that the part was ordered. I took my car in on Monday morning, got a call on Tuesday at three that my car was ready for pickup. I got my car about four that day washed and looking good. The repair work is excellent.
