Bought a brand new 2021 Altima and was involved in a hit & run 2 days later. Didn't want to just take our car to any collision place where they get it done quickly and the car has refurbished parts on it. Found this place and talked to Gilbert about what needed to be fixed. He worked with us and our insurance to make sure all parts used were brand new and when we picked up our car it looked newer than when we bought it. It was beautiful. Would recommend this place to any and everyone. We plan on going back to have him install speakers as well. Seriously, if you want your car fixed and worked on

I normally feel awkward going to auto shops due to being pressured to fix new found issues with my car. However; everyone here was very informative and there was no feeling of being pressured to move forward with any services that was recommended to me. Gilbert was very helpful in educating me on the process. Great customer service and quality of work.

Uptown Automotive is by far the best automotive shop in Houston... On 12/20/21, I brought my 2011 Audi A5 in because it wouldn't pass state inspection due to the O2 and Catalytic Converter monitors showing not ready. I didn't have a check engine light and the car was running fine. Before bringing the car to Uptown, I tried all the YouTube fixes to try to remedy the problem, but to no avail. Upon arrival to Uptown, I met Service Advisor, Rick Ortiz. After explaining to Rick the problem I was having, Rick said that he would take care of it. UPDATE: UPTOWN AUTO is a rare find. They are honest, speak so customers can understand, reliable, consistent, and extremely knowledgeable, They are the embodiment of quality; hence, they are a preeminent shop in Houston. Their capabilities are exceptionable. I would not use anyone else. Absolutely amazing service! They give back your car with plastic wrapping around the
stearing wheel, gear shifter and a piece of paper on the floor to protect the floor mat. Even if the plastic doesn't do anything it's the small things like this that make a difference.
I went in to get a diagnosis on my AC and get quoted what it would cost to fix. The mechanic ended up fixing it without it being approved and thus they decided not to charge me. They still went out of their way to explain to me what the problem was and what they did to fix it. Their customer service is absolutely amazing and I

I experienced a tragic fender-bender and caused some dents and scratches on my car. Zameer and Gilbert were very responsive to my quote request and helped me file a supplement estimate to the insurance company. They finished the repair ahead of schedule and the work they've done is amazing.

It was my first time coming to Uptown Automotive and I have to say it was a good experience. I had a minor/moderate scratches on my car that took out the paint to the bare plastic on my bumper. The shop was able to paint it like nothing happened. They even took the time to wash my exterior and interior! It took a little over 3 days but was worth the wait. It's nice to know shops go above and beyond to take care of you and your car. Thank you.
