I don't know where all these 1 star reviews are from. My girlfriend and I have lived with APM for 4 years and have never had issues with them. They are quick answer calls, always fixed maintenance issues promptly and even have events with free food, etc.. and frequent giveaways.
When I lost my job and fell on harder times, APM was understanding and was lenient with me until I got back on my feet.
In my mind it is unrealistic to expect all of your deposit back if you live somewhere for a full year - it's just the result of regular wear and tear.
Overall this is a great place to rent from.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Lived in Dakota Crossing near NDSU campus and these people try their hardest to rob and extort college students of your money. Totally thought it was great at first! Totally loved it. Didn't listen to past tenants or reviews. People were pretty consistantly doing drugs in our building? Nothing was done about it. People without passes park in our parking lot? Nothing done about it. Neighbors always up super late and liter all over the grounds? Not APM's problem! Maintenance took forever to help us and usually took several requests. They constantly talked down to us and when

Would not ever recommend doing business with APM. The company is dishonest and deceiving in order to make you sign a lease. Then after you sign they make it incredibly hard to contact anyone. They avoid phone calls and emails at all costs. They try to avoid all problems and issues by putting them to the side. The owner of APM has 21 criminals charges on his record and absolutely cannot be trusted. He takes advantage of his tenants. Don't do business with them you will only regret it in the long run.
