Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Upon move out, they will try to get every penny they can out of you. The time living there, they were great. Just be wary of moving out as they charge you almost triple the prices of what the costs actually are

They are a great company to rent from. The properties are nice. Maintenance requests are answered fast and thoroughly. However, management needs help. We moved out a month ago and we still have no been given our checkout list. We have tried contacting them and have yet to get a list or a proper response.

5 stars describes My experience with RRMM has been fantastic. With an online portal for Rent and Water payments and assistance in setting up other utilities, quick responses to every work order we've sent their way, communication about changes with management or snow removal or parking as soon as they have it avaliable and so far perfect care of the grounds for lawn mowing and snow removal as well as planting new trees on the west side of the townhomes off of 52nd ave (not sure the property name.). Theyve been the best landlords I've dealt with in the F-M area.

Prompt and caring communication with management, take maintenance seriously, keep up with lawn care as promised, and lovely built homes. I would definitely recommend renting from Red River Managment.

I left a poor review a while back (along with a dozen others) and unsurprisingly they created a new google ad. That said, I was promised snow removal but instead I recieved a free ice rink. Not sure if I should call for a plow or a zambonie but to each his own.
