Annabelle is a Lead Leasing Specialist born and raised in Fargo, ND; her first job was as a caretaker at her family's apartment buildings. Outside of work, Annabelle has an interest in skin and skin care, she received her Esthetic license from Josef's here in Fargo, ND. Annabelle spends most of her free time with her two cats, Picasso and Maui, and her dog, Panda.

So my son was seen at a hospital and the doctors stated that he would benefit from having an emotional support animal and that they are supposed to try to help accommodate this recommendation for his emotional support animal and they state that the doctors note isn’t good enough how is that professional on anyone’s behalf to deny a child an emotional support animal

DO NOT rent from these people. They will leach every single cent they can out of you once you have moved out, and will not communicate or respond when you would like to discuss the outrageous charges. As if a layer of black mold in our air conditioner that made us sick for months, our heat being out for a month in the middle of the winter, and all of our closet doors spontaneously coming off there hinges and falling on us or our dogs weren't bad enough, we have evidence and witnesses to many more discrepancies and lack of communication from this place. We had an appointment to do finale walk through to check out of the apartment and no one showed up or called. We live out of state and made a special trip to complete the "move-out"process and turn in the keys and this company did not bother to show up at the agreed upon date and time. This is rude and very unacceptable as now this company has cost me extra money and time.

We have been with them since 2017 and i have never had a better experience with a property manager. They are very responsive to any concerns we have in our building. Our building in smoke free and when i talked to them about someone on our floor smoking so heavily it seeped into our apartment they reached out to all the tenants to remind them and tell them the fines if they are caught. The price we pay per month for what we get is reasonable. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath with an open floor plan and most of that would skyrocket the price just for the open floor plan but it is priced accordingly. Last

Was shocked when saw so many bad reviews so I must write. We have lived with SilverLeaf for a couple years now here in Fargo ND and maintenance is good at responding in a timely manner the office staff is also very responsive to our text messages. We are treated with respect from them and they work with us if we have complaints or are going to be a little late with payments. Communication with eachother very important.. Thank You all!

I never thought I'd end up leaving this apartment feeling so angry and frustrated. My issue is not even with how these people clearly swindled us when terminating the lease, it's with how they can't hold a civil conversation. Special mention to our property manager Jessica who spewed insults in every sentence during and after our move-out.
