After a long day of 14 hours of driving (stuck on I-50) it was nice to come into a warm room with a surprisingly comfortable bed. Even though the room was a little outdated, it was clean (for the most part) and has a great location. While it isn't my first choice for a vacation, it certainly does in a pinch.

The front desk people are a bunch of liars and twist reservations according to their convenience , I made a new reservation when I was staying there (had to stay in the cold as the key didn’t work and the microwave oven wasn’t working, bad experience )and told them I want to use it around 3:00pm and I will cancel before 3pm if I don’t need it , so cancelled before 3pm and they will not refund me , they lady who I spoke to doesn’t even have patience to listen and kept on abusing me with foul words and hanged the phone on me , keeping aside the reservation there should be some standards and

Great customer Service definitely recommended. The rooms are pretty clean, and a very cute aesthetically pleasing themed rooms.
Bryan one of the employees was very kind in helping me with anything I needed when I had questions or needed anything. Since me and my husband are not from here he helped on giving me ideas and feedback on what activities to do out here, the best places to go and all of that fun stuff.

Years ago 3 Peaks Hotel was a decent place to stay. Recently we decided to stop in for a one night stay. Upon entering the room, a strong odor of urine was noted in each room. The dinning area smelt the strongest of urine with dog food and dirty floors. It is actually shocking how disgusting the room was. The kitchen had a fridge that would make this really loud clunk of a noise every thirty minutes. We finally decided to just unplug the fridge. The bathrooms were horrifying. Me and my family went here in 2017 for a Paul Simon concert and had the worst experience of a lifetime. The pool was filled with misbehaving children. I had diarrhea, lice from the bed. Pool was not clean at all. Heater rattled real loud like and airplane taking off. Room was dirty and walking on the carpet bare-footed took some guts. Hair everywhere. It was clearly not cleaned. Definitely would not recommend AT ALL.

Stayed here for the first time this past weekend (Saturday-Monday) for 2 nights. Price was good and they allow dogs. My husband and I came for a quick weekend getaway as it has been years since we've visited Tahoe. Brought our small 5 lb dog with us. We were in room #112, so the balcony faced Lake Tahoe. Room was adequate, beds were extremely comfortable, and the comforter on the bed was warm (although I brought my own heavy blanket as I'm always cold). I've sincerely enjoyed my stay at 3 Peaks Resort this week. I got some much needed rest and relaxation. I love the mixture of vintage style with modern amenities. The rooms were clean; smelled great and linens were spot free--sparkling white. I booked the King bed with Fireplace. It was divine. I arrived during a freak California storm that brought snow. I couldn't have been happier. I'm booking my next reservation now so that I get the room with a wood burning fireplace.
It's centrally located so most of the fun and restaurants are any easy trip. But, you could also Uber back

Pretty clean. Comfy bed covers and pillows. Huge hot tub. They are every nice in the lobby. A walking distance from the shopping center and restaurants.

My stay here wasn't What I purchased. The pool was closed said it was "going to be open tomorrow" yeah right! . They upgraded every single person in front of me as soon as the lady saw me gave me the cold shoulder must not like me for some reason. Didn't make me feel welcome for my first day here. They were weirdly adamant about no late checkout under any circumstances. In fact when I asked for a late checkout after they said no and I agreed, they still felt the need to say "and let us know what time you leave so we don't have to penalize you $100 for checking out late."
That being said, the space was rustic, clean, and quiet. It is extremely conveniently located and having a fireplace in the room was a very nice touch.

We had a great time here. They are dog friendly in that you may have your dog with you at all times, they provide a potty area, bags, and a trash can. You are not allowed to leave your dogs in the room but also can't have them at the pool.
The room was a good size and was as described. Plenty of room for the four of us and two dogs. There was a fridge and the ac had a remote control which was nice. Pool/beach towels provided at the front desk (don't forget to return them). There is a vending machine as well. A small shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were provided.

I usually read reviews and do thorough checks of places we stay, and this will stick with me for a while, because we had a last minute change to go to Lake Tahoe on the tail end of a trip.
Besides some strange things like painted plywood in the windows and no screens, that was just small weird things that seemed off. I thought it was petty to charge a per person fee for the use of the beach when it's called a private beach club and you are a paying guest. Check-in is at 3pm and I arrived with my husband, 4 year old, and 9 month old on a hot day at 3pm. The person at the front desk said it would be 15 more minutes until our room was ready but gave us our keys and said to wait. I watched as the housekeeper came in and out of the room for 45 minutes. I went back to the front office and asked exactly what time check-in was and he said 3pm. When I asked why at 4pm, why our room wasn't ready he replied "she's not done yet and she's new". Decent location and rooms. Nothing glamorous but had a kitchenette and a balcony. Would def recommend upgrading to larger room with the suite if you're not traveling alone. Bryan, the front desk staff, so far has been the best part of our stay. He was friendly, informative and had a great energy about him. He's the primary reason for the 5 stars. Rooms themselves are more 3.5-4 depending on what you're used to.

This place is a really great location. Super close to the hotels and foods. My bf and I arrived at around....12 am? My bf checked in and it turns out, they gave away our room! OH NO! Luckily, they were able to give us another room which was a pretty basic one. When we arrived, the room was clean. Parking was a little hard since we arrived so late. My bf, luckily stopped by the office when one of the workers was leaving and he was nice enough to give his parking to my bf.
Now, both my bf and I have back pains and if we sleep on mattresses that are too soft, we'd def have stiff backs but sleeping

3 peaks is always the place my honey and I go to. But today I had the best experience ever of being a often guest, Bryan and I cannot remember the young lady's name but instant hellos and warm welcome! Bryan checked me in and I had an instant upgrade to such a beautiful suite

My experience was so disappointing with the front desk staff and the manager! Since I was there for a week, it was obvious these people could really care less about there guests. They were almost like a bullying type mindset.

We booked a Poolside Suite for an anniversary weekend. We really enjoyed the room, and the built-in hot tub. The shower is massive and very impressive. It's also nice to have a couch in addition to the bed and chairs.
