Born into a family of farmers & entrepreneurs, surrounded by their mom's Midwest-style home cooking the Kriz Brothers together formed a dream to run a small business that would honor their love of food, family, and Colorado. At age 22 the eldest son Trevor developed his love of food after joining the front of the house team in the opening of Phoenix based Joey's California Bistro under famed chef Tommy Tomaso.

Colorado Pig Rig catered the reception for our son where he was ordained a Catholic priest. We served approximately 400 people. The CPR did an outstanding job with the food and the service. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the food portions. We received numerous compliments about the food and the sandwiches. I told David that we would like to have some left over so I even got to take a few pounds home. It froze up great and we had some sandwiches a month later. Just as good then as the day of the reception.

The pig rig food truck came to my place of employment last week. I have to be honest, I was expecting better. I ordered the miss piggy... I hate to say it, but I've had better pulled pork sandwiches from Costco. The bun was the type that when you grabbed hold of it just crumbled. No Apple slaw no pickle. You would think that pulling up at a big company such as ours with 50/70 people you would put some effort in and make sure you have everything ready to go. BTW there were many people at our company that had the same experience. You guys could do better...

I work in a field that causes me to rarely have time off. When my apartment complex notified me that these guys where coming, I was so happy. I invited family over (because they never see me) and I was happy to spend an evening and a meal with my family. Well these guys decided not to show up at the last minute and sent some 3rd rate burger shack thing in its place. I wish I was able to not show up to work or find a cover and have it be acceptable. Must be nice.

We had the Miss Piggy and the Okee from Muskogee tonight. I can tell you the meat was perfect and the compliments of the BBQ and Slaw were spot on. You get a ton of meat on the sandwich for a very fair price. The brioche bun was soft and flavorful. We are now fans and will definitely find their food truck again!

The Miss Piggy sandwich is beyond amazing! My Tennessee fiancé says it was legit barbecue - even if they do have green chile on their menu. I got the loaded tots with bbq blackened chicken, and my tots got over salted the first time. The reason I still give 5 stars is because when I took them back, they not only gave me no hassle in redoing them, but the second round was perfect! I would definitely eat here again, the gentleman running the truck was super friendly and helpful. Although I liked the chicken, the pulled pork was my favorite in the end. Highly recommend!!!

Good luck scheduling catering services. My fiance and I tried on numerous occasions to schedule a call to see what they could provide for our wedding this fall. We had several messages go unanswered. For the messages where we had a time scheduled, neither of the owners followed through. Long story short, we were left hanging before even getting started. As with most first impressions, this isn't the type of service you'd expect from a company that wants your business. Also not the risk we'd want to take on our wedding day (will they show up, will they answer the phone, etc

The CPR was last week's food truck at my office and they did a great job feeding 120+ hungry employees.
I had the Miss Piggy and it was probably one of THE BEST pork sandwiches I've ever had. The crispy, buttery bun. The tender pork. The crunchy and slightly sweet coleslaw. All of it. Tots were solid too.

I used Trevor and his team to cater my wedding on May 27. Communication leading up to the event was very good and they accommodated a 50% increase in my guest count with no issues. The price was reasonable and it was nice to have high quality food provided without having to give access to my tiny kitchen. Trevor was super easy to work with on site, even turning off his generator for our ceremony upon request. And he also calmed me down as I got nervous when I was about to walk up the aisle.

We had The Colorado Pig Rig cater our wedding. They are prompt and professional and the food is amazing. Everyone at our wedding raved about the food and we could not be happier with the experience. We love Trevor, his team and this food truck so much my mom ended up also using them to cater her retirement party! CPR Catered our wedding and I cannot say enough about how amazing they were! The food was perfect, and people went out of their way to compliment us about it even months after the wedding. His staff was great and went above and beyond to help out and even ended up scooping ice cream for us as well!
I would 100% recommend Trevor and his team to anyone who is looking for a bite to eat or if you are hosting an event, you cannot go wrong with the CPR.

Trevor and his team catered my wedding at Space Gallery. They were punctual, friendly, and so helpful in thinking through food table placement. The BBQ and the tacos were a hit among our crowd. My favorite is Miss Piggy and the Cuban Mojo Tacos, but honestly everything I've tried has been great. If you see them out in their truck, stop by. If you're looking for a great food truck for an event, look no further.

I was not impressed with this food truck. We ordered a sandwich that was basically a sloppy joe. It came out cold and was overly salty. Tater tots were okay.

This food truck is one of THE best I've ever tried! Their Miss Piggy was an incredibly mouthwatering and delicious sandwich and one of the best I've ever eaten in my whole life. It was perfect bbq and the greatest mix of toppings. I promise you'll love it. The tots were also fresh, crispy and addictive! I can't wait to try the rest of their menu!
