I couldn't ask for a tastier, meatier slider, and the bun - all I can say is OMG . . .So good. . .So fresh! . The variety of toppings made it hard to choose so I went with the American and the Retro, both delicious. Not only great tasting food but very fast service which is somewhat uncommon for food trucks. MHCS served at our office today and we invited them back later this month. I strongly recommend trying MHCS, you won't be disappointed.

We contracted with Mile High Sliders for my daughter's graduation. Our party was suppposed to start at 5, but we knew they couldn't make it until 6 because they had an event prior to ours. We were pleasantly surprised when they arrived before 5 and were actually set up and serving food by 5. Everyone raved about the sliders. They were quick efficient and really friendly. We have several vegetarians and they loved the egg plan sliders, people are still talking about the beef sliders which were a big hit. Thank you for helping to make our event so successful!

This place is the bomb! We had the Classic American and the Retro and both were phenomenal. Squishy, soft buns, delicious toppings! I would strongly recommend anyone who likes burgers or sliders to try this place. I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried them at a beer festival I was at this weekend. Plus the people who work the truck are very nice!

Came to Factotum's Birthday celebration, and 5280 Sliders was outside selling some eats.
The girl and I tried 4 sliders: the Classic, the Cajun, the Jalapeño, and a pulled pork special.
All were tasty! Really good. I think the Jalapeño was the best, but all were solid.
They're sliders and on the smaller side obviously. I wished they had a larger actual burger, because I'd be so down with this place on a regular basis if they did. Was still hungry, but I could have totally had more, so that's my problem being a big dude.
Good stuff though, I liked it!

Before you get carried away, just remember that you are approaching a small food truck with four items on the menu, all of them being sliders. So set your expectations to eating relatively simple food that happens to be a really small burger.
That being said, this is good food. There is just nothing to cause any sort of crazy reaction like some of my Yelp colleagues have exclaimed. For $2.50 each, you get a selection four different types of sliders, all of which are tasty. Other options include chips or a drink. However, four sliders does not make a must visit establishment. Waited in line for nearly an hour with my wife and toddler, missing most of the concert like everyone else in line. The guys were clearly overwhelmed, which is really at least as much the fault of the event organizers. However, my starving two year old couldn't handle the wait, so my wife took her to walk around and not subject everyone else in line to a crying kid.
Not two minutes later, I made it to the front of the line, ready to finally get to the front to order. I ask for a modest 3 on the tiny sliders, one for each of us. I'm brusquely told they are only going to serve 2 per person

Whoa whoa whoa hold up here?! I thought the Cozy Inn was only in Salina, KS? You know the world renounced slider joint? Well this place has brought some competition to the sliders world. This place is without a doubt the best sliders you're going to find in Colorado. Kansas, maybe not but they without question come in 2nd. No wait? They get 1st place! Why you ask? Because they allow cheese! If you have ever had the Cozy Inn, then you need to come here. It's like you drove 500 some miles to the middle of nowhere Kansas and got some amazing sliders.

Holy crap. These are probably the best sliders I've ever had.
Like, standing outside the truck is legit difficult because of how good it smells. Believe you me I did quick mental math on if I could hoist myself up through the order window and steal literally all of the burgers before they noticed. I opted instead on paying and waiting like a normal human being.
I ordered two doubles, and they were both amazing. Though honestly I couldn't quite tell them apart. Would've loved a little more aggressive flavor -- but I also don't really care too much.

Great sliders. They're just the double is just right size when you don't want a huge burger for lunch.
These guys couldn't care more about their food or ingredients, and they're friendly. I had the Cajun BBQ slider with pickles and fried onions (and the rest of the good stuff). Definitely coming back.
