Sandalwood's Property Management team is here to find a qualified tenant to lease your property today! We use the most current and historical data from local MLS Listings to determine the rate for your rental property. We list your property in the MLS Listings and it is also listed on several other popular local property search websites.
Evicting a tenant can be one of the most difficult and unpleasant part of being a landlord and is a major reason many people engage 3rd party property managers. We provide Eviction services for both new clients & existing clients for tenants who have failed to pay rent. We prepare and issue 3-Day Letters and all additional eviction services are performed under our supervision by an attorney specializing in property management.
Tenant screening gives you peace of mind that your home will be rented to the most suitable tenant. We use a fact-based approach using the potential tenant's past and current history. We gather the criteria below for each applicant to determine whether or not the tenant is the perfect fit to rent your property.
Sandalwood works with a team of vetted professionals to coordinate all maintenance requests. We use the latest technology to send and receive requests. All maintenance requests are updated live on the portal so you can always know the status. We do property inspections on move-in and move-out and maintain a record of the property's condition and recommended maintenance issues.

So the owners of CAM Property Management are changing names!!! They were thieves before and they will be thieves again. Just because you change your name doesn't mean you change your ways of doing business. Do NOT do business with them.

Do not do business with Jim and Lise Kealey. In our HOA's transition to another management co. Jim refused to hand over our community's books, record, denied us access to our own bank accounts, which is obviously illegal. When our President, VP and Treasurer went to his location to acquire them, he called the police and had our three Board Officers trespassed. If you google Jim Kealey's history, he opens and closes his businesses in several states, you will read why. Do not fall victim to him and his practices.
