I didn't realize I had given a 1 star rating. For that I apologize as it was obviously a mistake.
After being with a different property manager for a little over a year, I am missing your company terribly! My current landlord is awful. Their maintenance man broke one of our toilets nearly a year ago and they refuse to fix it. The water has no pressure behind it and they refuse to fix it. I was stuck with a $300+ water bill because of damage that happened before I even lived in the property, and the landlords refused to take responsibility.

This is the worst property management company I’ve ever encountered and I’ve live in various states and cities. They take months to fix anything but hound on the 4th like clockwork for rent money! Yet they have no electronic means of taking payment in 2020!!!!! This company is trash. They people may be ok but the way they run their business =amateur time.

All Brevard Property Management has been great! They have taken care of any issues in a timely manner. The property managers have been excellent with their communication in returning phone calls. We are forced to pay for a lawn company that barely ever comes. I haven't seen the lawn company in over a month or two and now our grass in the back yard is half way up my thighs. I have complained in person and the only reason they were concerned is because we are about to move out next month and they want it to look nice for showing the house. They could care less that I'm being robbed of my money for a service that is unreliable. And even after complaining a week ago, the lawn service STILL has not come.

We have been renting from ABPM for four years now. We have always been treated so nice by everyone. Debbie (Deborah) Spikes is our realtor and she is Amazing. She has always kept us informed of anything to due with the property that we are renting. She has been respectful and considerate at all times. I would highly recommend her and ABPM to anyone. Debbie goes above and beyond, as a realtor, all the time.

I again find myself writing your company to draw attention to the wonderful customer service displayed by your property account manager Mary. My a/c unit failed only Wednesday, and Mary not only had the problem diagnosed first thing the following day, but approved and replaced by Friday early morning. This is nothing less then remarkable, knowing that I'm only one of many clients who's property she manages on your behalf.

I've been a customer of Century 21 and All Brevard property management for 11 years. Throughout the years I have had three different Property managers over see the home we rent. Our current property manager is Mary Panos. She's fantastic! She's very attentive and she has done far more to improve our living situation than our 2 previous managers, combined !! Mary answers her phone when I call !! She emails and texts too! There's nothing more frustrating than not being heard. Thanks for listening to my complaints Mary and taking action to resolve them. Smart move All Brevard !
