Dawn Ostovich MPM RMP moved to Satellite Beach from Connecticut in 1979 and has been enjoying the lifestyle of the barrier island ever since. In 1998 she left the hospitality industry to start in Property Management and fell in love with the constantly moving flow of residential management. Dawn has served as the Property Management Committee Chair for the Space Coast Area Association of Realtors from 2005 to 2014.
She is one of the founding members of the Florida State Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and was the 2017 CFL-Orlando NARPM President. Currently she serves on several of NARPM's National Committees. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and enjoying her love for food and wine!

Serving a 3-Day Notice: 3-day notices are served to those tenants who have not paid their rent by the deadline outlined in the lease agreement. Serving a 7-Day Notice: 7-day notice is served to tenants who are violation of their lease agreement (Failure by the tenant to keep the care of the lawn, getting an unauthorized pet, HOA Violation's, or any Violation of the lease.)
At Osto Property Management, we treat your home as our own. We offer a wide range of property management services to fit your needs as a landlord or home owner. We tailor our services to ensure that you have the highest level of service for your home. Rent is due on the first day of the month, we do extend a 3 day grace period.
We have invested in a web-based property management and accounting software from AppFolio so our experienced team can manage your properties with the highest level of service. Respond more quickly and offer excellent service to both owners and residents. At any time and from anywhere, we are able to securely access data about all properties.
As a policy, we do not allow smoking in any property managed by Osto Property Management to protect your investment. There is no guaranteed timeframe to rent a property, however, we make every effort to ensure a quick turnaround. We do market and advertise our properties via the internet on over 20 different websites that are "Rental Home" specific.

I have worked with Dawn since around 2000 to manage my rental properties, and when I discovered she went out on her own, was excited to work with her again. Dawn is very professional and on top of it, I've never worried about properties or maintenance when she's running things. She's since become a very trustworthy person when I'm looking at new properties and I don't actually know what I'd do without her.
