I had signed up on 8/29/2021 for 18 months. i was told that i will receive the welcome kit with membership number to make my vacation reservation.
I didnt receive anything till i contacted RCI on 12/20/2021. they said on their system its only 12 months out of which already 4 months have passed without even getting the reservation number.
when i enquired about it and send the scanned copy showing 18 months on the agreement, they said that VSA needs to correct it or inform them. i have been sending emails and trying to reach the marketing department for VSA. no one answers the phone. they say its

We stayed here three nights for a leisurely trip through memory lane. Our relationship started in Virginia Beach 26 years ago. We had never stayed right on the beach like this in warm weather. Being right on the beach was amazing!! It was great to have a kitchen to store leftovers in a fridge. The dishes were in the dishwasher clean, so if you can't find dishes, look there. The suite was clean and comfortable. It wouldn't have been big enough had we brought our young adult kids, but it was perfect for just the two of us. We would definitely stay there again!

My experience at this hotel was not great. I was there the week of May 7-14. I arrived at the Atrium Hotel and the first guest room had a very strong dog odor. I was given another room. In the second room the wash cloth was dirty and in the same plastic package with the rest of the linen. A glass was broken in the dishwasher and the hotel front desk personnel said it was the customer's responsibility to put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher due to COVID. Employees not following the rules re not wearing mask on the elevator. I informed an employee of the COVID rules. I also was on the elevator

I was gifted a stay at this resort for my birthday from a friend. The resort itself was decent but the reason for the four stars is because it is very dated. This place does need to do a lot of updating. The place was clean and it had everything you needed in the kitchenette. Would it be a place I would pay for out my own pocket , probably not.

So we got a great deal for a room there for 6 days. The room has a queen bed and a couch with a pull out bed. The room was spacious and has a kitchen with a working stove, all the pots, pans, utensils and a dishwasher. There is supposed to be a indoor pool with a gym and other amenities however all of the amenities were closed during our visit. We were notified three days before our vacation that the pool was being fixed and would open on our third day of our trip. When the third day came they notified us that the pool would not be working until next week when our vacation was over. The hotel

What a grand hotel. It feels like home with all the amenities to include a washer and dryer on the floor. We had an ocean beach view that was magnificent.
The surrounding restaurants and shops were nice and convenient. If I told you the price you wouldn't believe me .

This is my favorite resort in Virginia Beach. From check in with Julius getting our bags from the car to the room and Aneesah making the process smooth and painless, to our amazing view of the beach, it's all good. We're in the center of night life and all the best beach attractions are within walking distance.

First - the kitchen is a kitchenette NOT a full kitchen, appliances are apartment size NOT full size. The refrigerator was so small we had much difficulty keeping our drinks and snacks. The 1 BR is billed as a capacity for 4 - NO IT IS NOT!! This is one of the smallest condo's we have ever rented in 33 years. It is the size of a double bed hotel room with a fold out couch as the 2nd bed. There is a wall & door between the living area and bedroom area which is impossible to close if you have luggage for 2 people. Once the couch is open it is nearly impossible to get to the bathroom

My family and I have never been to Virginia Beach so we decided to check it out this past May (2018). After looking at several places, Ocean Sands Resort was the place we all decided on.
When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was that we were walking distance from everything. The location was awesome! The resort is right on the boardwalk and you have restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment just steps away.
The room, unfortunately, was not that satisfying. It was small, outdated, and needed a more thorough cleaning. The only positive was the ocean view.

My friend has a timeshare here. We checked in on the night of July 4th, pretty crazy in Va. Beach! We were greeted by Steve Beazley, the hotel's Curtesy Patrol Office and Vacation Consultant. It was around 11 pm and he made our arrival feel very civilized given the busy time. He helped us get checked in, showed us where we could park and then personally helped with the luggage carts, right up to our rooms, and he did it with a helpful and pleasant attitude. This place is not very nice at all. The good reviews must be from the owners' friends and employees because the amenities are old and warn out. This place should net be called a "resort", but rather a larger style motel. We came here for a wedding and only needed a few days, so they're penalizing us with a $64 cleaning fee. That fee mustn't get used because we found ants in our room upon checking in (just 5, but still) and there was hair on the bathroom floor behind the door. I will say the HVAC systems are great but other than that, stay away. Also, the upgraded internet

So I open the door and yell in (I'd hate to walk in on another guest if by chance they gave us a key to an occupied room. No, this isn't what some people call a five-star resort, but I do. It's clean, I'm not lacking ONE thing, the view is AMAzing, and it's $65 a night on off-season.
Free WiFi! Free Parking! Balcony. Kitchen, closet, and dresser, which I insist on, and quiet.
There's a pool, exercise room... What more could I want?
Oh, you want more!!!! How 'bout viewing horses walking on the beach from the balcony. Dolphins a few hundred feet off the beach. And whales! Yes, whales! Humpback whales not a hundred yards off the beach. An entire pod of them.

If you like MILDEW, this is your place! They have it EVERYWHERE! The towels, the bed sheets, the carpet, the hallways, the tub, kitchen area, just name it! You like blood stained bed sheets? They have that too!! Tired of employees treating you good? They keep it real here!! ATTITUDE!! Yes! The employees give you LOTS OF attitude, their eye rolls are included! The hallways smell of WEED! They charged us $50 for a parking spot, or we had to give them 20 referrals.. NO WAY! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. Despite the blood stains, still non refundable. TERRIBLE.... SMH. HEALTH

I had family staying here for their vacation. They had a four room suite. It was spacious enough, but they complained about the beds. They were staying in the top floor, and it was smelly from time to time. One day there was a flood on the first floor I the restaurant. (Why? I don't know) the proximity to everything was good, and there is a parking garage which is good. The staff was adamant about protecting the "Owners" parking, so their guests are kind of shorted. Overall it was "okay"

This is not a resort, it's a time share that is honestly a motel. If you want a fun in the sun, beach vacation do not stay here. The rooms are old, out dated and gross. I was hesistant to even take a shower in the bathroom.
The pool is not as clean as it should be considering the false advertisements and great reviews listed on here. I got out after seeing stuff floating around in the water and green stuff around the pool.
There are better options than this place, don't waste your money.

First of all this is a time share and not a hotel. So don't expect the services you would normally get in a hotel - for e.g. they won't clean and change your bed linens daily, although you can get extra towels if you run out of the ones they gave you in the beginning.
