They just want the application fees. I paid for two application $40 and didn’t get a responds back for almost a month. I even reached out to her the next day after my showing and she replied back I should fill out an application but I already did ??? Something is off about this place. After emailing and getting no responds. I finally get in contact with Renee and she says I was denied because of credit ? But I have a 2018 Jeep that I was approved for and have had for almost 6 months now so I think this place is a joke. Save your money on the applications. We viewed a dirty apartment also but
