The inspector had the person who paid for the inspection sign a paper that stated “he is not suppose to lift anything”, unbeknown to me. My question is how do you inspect a home without lifting anything? This is what he told me later on when he was suppose to call me to apologize for the horrible job done in my home.
Yes, he called me a few days after the inspection, but he never did apologize for the disrespect he showed while he was in my home. He thought I should be grateful that my house sold. He kept repeating that and claimed, “I think you didn’t really want to sell your house.”

I do recommend Comprehensive Site Inspections LLC for the Citrus County area. From getting to know and communicating with Larry, he is obviously knowledgeable in the Home Inspection field and appears to have been around the block quite a few times as his extensive experience and qualifications do indicate. He is also certified (CPI) with the largest home inspectors organization in the world, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
