His professionalism, attention to detail, communication and thoroughness was par-excellence. He went above and beyond in making sure the deficiency he found was noted and followed through making sure that it was completed correctly to pass the inspection.

Jason was very easy to deal with, explained what the inspection entailed and I made an appointment which was at my convenience. He arrived on time and was very thorough and explained as he went about the inspection. When he was finished he thanked me for my business and told me that he would email me the report later that day. He left my residence and I was surprised to have the report in my email in less than 2 hours. His pricing is one of the lowest in the area and well worth it. I recommend Jason without any reservation.

Jason is extremely personable; he takes the time to answer your questions and makes sure that you understand. He wore shoe covers when he entered the house as well. When he left, you didn't even know he was ever there.

We used Stress-less Home Inspectors for a home we were purchasing in Dunnellon, Florida. Jason did a very detailed, complete, and professional inspection of this home build in 1988. I wasn't able to be at the home inspection but Jason spent about an hour on the phone with us discussing the critical items and provided ballpark estimates on the repairs. As another reviewer mentioned, signing agreement, paying, accessing the reports online was incredibly easy. The report was very detailed with lots of pictures. Outstanding service with lots additional information provided. Jason was very professional and friendly and the report he provided was very thorough. Even though this was new construction he found several things of concern that we had the builder address prior to closing. He even followed up after sending the report with a phone call to see if we had any questions about the repor. The additional information he provided is great for any home owner.

Best home inspector I have had (this was my 4th home purchase). I am. single mother and so getting a thorough home inspection was a MUST.
