Unreliable and unprofessional. Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a consultation over the phone with Lupe Sambrano and when the time came around they did not call.
I called for an update and they said I would receive the call “shortly” because they were busy with client.
They did NOT called back. No explanation or update. Nothing
