I have been coming to Dr Patel's dental practice for around two years now, and I can honestly say I have always had a wonderful experince each and evey time. I was still welcomed with open arms for my check up the same day. My visit here has left a great impression on me and I look forward to continuing to frequent here.

I am originally from Austell, GA. I met my wife, Vishakha, during my first dental school year. She is from Thomson, GA. We fell in love with Aiken and Augusta (CSRA)area and we decided to stay here after my graduation. CSRA area is great to raise families while offering the amenities big cities have to offer without traffic.
Teeth adjacent to the missing tooth will tip (rotate) into the missing space. Given enough time (many years) the teeth adjacent to the missing space could rotate completely sideways (falling into the space where the missing tooth is). The teeth opposing the missing tooth will grow toward the missing tooth space (a process called super eruption).

Autogenous graft (autograft) material is transferred from one position/area to deficient area within the same individual. Graft may be intraoral or extraoral depending on the site of harvest. Allograft material is transferred from a donor of the same species. The most common grafts are freeze-dried bone grafts, which may be mineralized or demineralized.
Porcelain fused to metal (PFM) is a tooth colored crown with high strength. The metal core makes a PFM many times stronger than an all-ceramic crown. The metal core can be made of many different materials. Tooth colored porcelain is baked on the outside of the metal core. We only use the highest quality porcelains (a combination of beauty, biocompatibility, and strength).

Dr. Patel and his staff are not concerned with your time only your money! I had an appointment scheduled and made sure before scheduling it that they knew I had another appointment after this one and was assured that I would be out in time. After sitting in the dental chair for over an hour they came in and told me I would have to reschedule. That… was a few months ago and I tried to give them another chance. I have had an appointment on the schedule for over a month for a major dental procedure they called to change it. When I explained I was in pain and need to get in soon the clerk attempted

The dental hygienist are great however the dr is not; As long as you are having regular cleanings done, they are alright but I do not recommend this dr for any major dental work that you may need. My husband had dentures made that were way to big for his mouth. Long story short- we had to go elsewhere to get him some dentures. I do not recommend this office. Beware!!
