This dental office catered to my every need. I have some anxiety at the dentist. They were super nice and kept asking if I was okay. I had not gone to a dentist in a few years and was embarrassed about my dental health, they again were so reassuring and understanding. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I really hate going to the dentist. A very stressful experience! However the Shirer Family Dentistry made it a pleasant experience. I'm glad I chose them out of the many dentist available in Aiken. They have state of the art equipment & my hygienist Morgan was a true joy. Usually I have to take an Ibuprofen after a cleaning but not with her! Dr Shirer was personable & not pushy with any of the services offered. I would recommend!

Megan was very thorough cleaning my teeth and at explaining what she saw as she went. It was my first visit, but I’ll be going back from now on! Megan is very friendly and made me feel at ease the whole way through. Dr. Michael was equally as friendly. He is from a small town, like myself, so we hit it off instantly. He’s a bit of a jokester, which is right up my alley. I love to have fun in everything that I do, including my visits to the dentist. I’m actually looking forward to getting a cracked tooth fixed this month!

My regular dentist was not able to get me in for a dental emergency. They recommended the Shirer office. Not only did Shirer get me in, they did a great job. I am so pleased with their work and behavior that I now have a new dentist. They removed a molar and placed a bone graft in 30 minutes. Not only that but they took special care in the numbing process. I can’t say enough positive things about their expertise and care.

I had read the reviews before I went to this dentist. All 5 stars. I now can say they deserve all 5 stars. They make you feel comfortable from the very start. Everyone I came in contact with was so very nice and friendly. I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. I had a cleaning and a cavity filled. They were awesome. I don’t dread the dentist anymore. I highly recommend you try them.

Well I instantly fell in love with my dentist office and all the people. I walked into a very happy well lit office with smiling employees and happy clients. It became a truly positive and happy experience from start to finish. My dental clinician, Ashley, after having a bit of small talk went over my X-rays together with me and was informative. She took a look at my teeth before cleaning as well to compare what we saw in the screen. Then she proceeded to clean my teeth with expertise and I did not not feel one bit of ouch at all. What a wonderful experience! I was having problems with a tooth, and Shirers was recommended to me. They worked me in the same day. When I got there, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was taken back at the appointed time. Again, the staff was very pleasant and professional. My entire visit was a great experience.

Mike and Becky Hargraves were new to Aiken and in need of a new dentist. We received a flier for Shirer Family Dentistry in the mail and read some great reviews online. We contacted them and scheduled a new patient appointment for mid-Jan-2022. Then Mike lost a filling and requested an earlier appointment. Both of us were set up for new patient exams with Dr. Susannah Shirer the following day and Susannah replaced Mike's filling two business days later. Everyone in the office was energized and loving what they do. Thank you to our new dental office, Shirer Family Dentistry. See you again in June

I absolutely love everything about this dental office! I haven’t really had any great experiences with dentist/staff in the past. I’ve had people at other offices make me feel ashamed and uncomfortable. The office staff treated me like I was an inconvenience and seemed as though they hated their job. But not here!! The lady I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment as well as the lady who checked me in and out were very helpful and nice. My dental hygienist was AMAZING! She was super sweet and made me feel comfortable during my procedure. Dr. Shirer was kind, gentle and knowledgeable
