This is my first evaluation of the services.
My language is Portuguese, and I don't speak ENGLISH very well. This company was recommended to me by my insurance (STATE FARM). I got in touch with them and even though I didn't speak the language well, I was treated very well by a lady who answered the phone. I asked to speak to someone who spoke SPANISH and they put me on the phone by a very nice and polite gentleman named FRANCISO. I went to the body shop and he helped me as an interpreter. I was introduced to Mr ERICK who, knowing my limitations with the language, was very respectful and patient

UPDATE 6/17: still getting the same code regarding brake fluid on my 2020 Lexus. Vehicle doesn't feel safe to drive. Taking it to Lexus to get it done right finally.
Update 2: Took it to Lexus, and they diagnosed and fixed it in less than a day

The owner has contacted me and we are resolving the issues. Will update once completed.
My car arrived at the shop february 9. They estimated completion by March 30th. Supposedly they "guarantee" completion by the estimated date. 1st it was delayed to march 31st then it was delayed to April 2nd

I brought in my Genesis G70 for repairs after an accident and the work done was absolutely fantastic. It looks factory new again and all the staff I interacted with were amazing. Absolutely amazing experience. I got in a car accident and my car needed to be towed. Thank god Classic Body Worx tow truck driver was nearby and offered to tow my vehicle to their shop. They even took me back to their shop so that I could contact my insurance company and then once i had a rental reservation they took me there too!

I was recently in an accident and my vehicle suffered front end passenger side damage. My insurance company recommended this shop, so I figured I give them a shot. A week later, my vehicle was finished. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it had looked like it was never in an accient. They even detailed inside and outside. I am very pleased with the work, and the quick completion. Very satisfied with their service. Definitely recommend this shop!

Absolutely amazing! I was actually lucky enough to have one of their guys pass by the car accident scene and offered to tow my car. My dealership was going to tow my vehicle about a good hour away from where I was but since Classic Body Worx was a approved shop through my insurance I immediately said yes - they were right around the corner! They told me I didn't have to pay upfront for towing or anything and made sure I was okay. Even waited for my ride to pick me up from the scene (they offered to give me a ride but mine was already on the way). Ok, now to the actual repairs and etc. My car

The repairs to my car were performed completely and in less time than expected. The staff were both efficient and friendly. From start to finish I had a great experience with these guys. They did such an amazing job fixing our brand new car (that was rear ended while it was parked) you would never even know that it was hit. They were really great at updating my husband about where they were in the repairs and they were really efficient in getting it fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this body shop!

After cracking my bumper in the recent snow storm we just had, I stopped by Classic this past Thursday and prepaid for a new bumper and they painted it over the weekend. Tuesday morning I stopped by and took them only 30 minutes to replace the old bumper with the new one. I pay great attention to detail and having used other high end body shops, I must say, the paint work is perfect. There is no sign that the bumper was ever replaced or painted. Hats off to whoever painted my bumper ! Hopefully won't need body work done for a while, but if needed, I will go back to Classic !

They worked on my car after I've been in accident where I had been T-boned and the right side of my relatively new car looked devastating. I'll keep this review short like they've done with my car. The turn around was quick (faster than originally estimated). The car looks great. They were extremely accommodating and even took the time to look for some items in my car when I called to check if I've left them behind. Good experience considering the circumstances.

It took them 4 weeks to fix something that would need two weeks max. They kept setting my pickup date back with no explanation why. The cost for repairs ended up being higher than average. My car looked fine when it was done, but it cost me dearly to be without my car for that extended time. And every time I called for an update, there was no sense of urgency or priority for my car. I would not go back to this shop, they baby sat my car more than they worked on it.

These guys are exactly what everyone fears when they need a car fixed after an accident. They took 3 weeks to fix a quarter pannel, that they originally told me was going to be 2 weeks. They forgot to put parts back on my car that were not effected from the accident in the first place. My satellite radio has not worked since I have picked up my car, even though the accident was in the back of the car? I asked them to install factory fog lights that I purchased from a dealer, and guess what... they have never worked and they instructed me that I need to take it to the dealer. Had I known this I
