Employees who are self serving , petty , and blatant disregard for your needs so they can be suitable. Employees breaking guidelines everyone follows, lying on other employees and getting them fired. There’s a lot they will cover up. Employee who worked for 8months ,like a slave, was given a recommendation for a promotion by there superior and received nothing. Telling her there were no spaces, then they go promote someone else. There are multiple people who missed pays or was shorted money & concierges throw parties in suites. if someone recommends you and your recommendation has issues, be

I worked with Classic Concierge at Shirlington Village condominiums Several years ago.
My experience was Excellent at Front Desk very upscale Building seen lots of Congressmans.
Our job is to show professionalism to our Residents. New Year and Christmas lots of residence give us presents 🎁 for our services.
I loved working there but I had to Resign because of my overseas trip. But now I am back and decided to write about this place.

Overall I think Classic Concierge provides great service, but I have to give them 1 star due to my recent experience with one the employees. She was beyond rude and had zero customer service. I was asking questions and every question I asked she replied with a attitude and refused to stop texting on her phone during the course of our interaction. I wish I could remember her first name but I believe her last name is Jones.
