Since 2008 we have been a full-service property management company licensed in the State of Virginia. Serving as our Operations Manager, Melissa is your first point of contact at Circle Property Management. With her cheerful demeanor and eagerness to help, she will happily assist you in all matters concerning accounting, the processing of work orders, and maintenance & repair issues.
Our Northern Virginia Property Management company will handle all of your management needs and maintain your property until you return home or decide to sell. As your property manager, we also oversee the process of securing qualified tenants, arranging maintenance repairs, and providing you with a complete accounting for all income and expenses related to your home.
We maximize technology by utilizing proprietary contact relationship software to reach out to your tenant reminding them of their responsibility to maintain your property. Our soft touch program reaches out to your tenant with informative and timely maintenance tips, like gutter cleaning, winter pipe preparation, air filter replacement, and up to 11 friendly emails per year.
Property Maintenance Intelligence consists of four active processes to reduce home repair costs for Landlords. Since 2015, we have reduced repair costs significantly by applying property specific knowledge-based intelligence. During the onboarding process - we perform an extensive initial inspection, during which we record over 100+ data points.
We understand the special requirements when you are military, DOD or DHS and offer several programs to manage your investment while you are away. If you are being relocated, we have the expertise to work with you or your Relocation Service provider. It's easy to qualify for our discounted property management service plan.

I have been working with Circle Property Management for over a year now and I have nothing but wonderful experiences will all the staff members. Since having our property fully managed by the CPM team, I have specifically worked closely with Janeen Hair to address regular maintenance on our home and she has made any necessary updates run seamless. She is quick to respond and provide answers to all of our questions and is patient with us as this is the first time we are renting our home.

I've mostly interacted with Christine, but also interacted a bit with Eric and Teresa and they're all great to work with. CPM has managed my rental property for almost 2 years. I'm glad I found them because they guided me and gave me confidence through the process as a first time landlord and I have not had to worry about my rental property. I utilized Circle Property Management for managing my property while stationed overseas and for selling my home when I returned. The team did an outstanding job, specifically Christine V. They are highly professional and responsive. They found tenants for my home in under two weeks and they sold my home in less than a week!! They worked extremely hard and kept me fully informed. CPM has been nothing short of outstanding. We essentially handed over the keys, and they had our property rented in no time, taking care of every detail along the way. Christine was my main point of contact and I can’t say enough good things about her. Circle Property Management is a fantastic management company. I know for a fact because before them I had a terrible management company that made having a rental property unbelievably stressful.
Circle Property Management has been the complete opposite experience. Christine and her team were very helpful with the transition and have been nothing but professional, helpful and responsive. They are also clear on all of the terms of the management agreement, which I found to provide better value compared to other companies. I would definitely recommend them to any landlord.

I couldn't have been happier with the services that Eric and his team has provided in managing the rental of my property since 2016. Over the years, while Eric's team has changed, each person has been excellent and it's been a real pleasure to work with Christine over the past couple of years. While I have rental property, I found I needed to rent while my home was being renovated The agent I worked with was Christine Vincent who was exceptional in all aspects of our dealings.
