I’ve lived here for a while now and I’m happy with the size of the place. For being a half mile from Clarendon it’s the only place in the area I’ve found with reasonable prices, 725 sq feet for a 1 bedroom, and a balcony as well. The maintenance and management office are very responsive and I’m happy with the service. For the price and location you can’t beat it!

I moved into my apartment on Dec. 31, 2020. Within the first week of living in my apartment, I discovered electrical issues existed in my apartment. I’ve consistently called maintenance about my electrical issues. Yet, still, I have the same problem. This morning, I called to report my electrical issue at 7AM by leaving a message in the maintenance mailbox. I received a call from the property manager at 9:34AM, and she stated she had contacted a technician and I should receive assistance shortly. I called back at 11:41AM to determine when the technician would arrive, and I was told he would arrive

It always smells of smoke throughout the apartment building, the management is not responsive or helpful, washers and dryers break frequently, maintenance doesn't actually fix your issues and take hours to show up even when it is an emergency requests. For example, the kitchen sink began overflowing from water and waste coming back up the drain from someone else's apartment- this happened multiple times as they didn't fix the actual issue and another time there was a leak from a unit above me leaving a whole in the ceiling- this hole was never fixed. One time maintenance even cussed at me for calling

Management is completely unhelpful, dismissive, and rude. Everything breaks, we’ve had multiple leaks that left black mold, can never use the washer/dryers because they are broken, and management does nothing to fix any issue. Whenever we are able to get in contact with management they blame the residents instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issues. I would strongly recommend not living here.

The staff are completely unresponsive and apathetic. Several emails were sent to the management office voicing concerns and asking for issues to be addressed. The literally do not respond to any emails at all. However they rarely answer their office phone, so email is the only option. There were excessive noise issues in the building and I had hostile neighbors (to the point that the police were involved) and still the company did nothing. The company does not abide by the lease that they make residents sign nor do they abide by Arlington's codes and regulations for apartment residency. The location

I lived in the Randolph Street Apartments for a year and overall would not recommend this place.
Pros:
* Great location
* Free off-street parking spot
* Relatively affordable rent with utilities paid for
Cons:
* Building is old and you'll get a ton of noise from above and the hallway. If you're not on the top floor you'd better hope the people living above you don't walk heavily.
* Building is full of bugs, even if you're not on the ground floor. I don't even know how many house centipedes I've seen, probably around 100, with the occasional big cockroach.
* Management staff tends to be

There is no ventilation in the apartment and to top it off, management hired a contractor to spray the floors with polyurethane. The odor was so bad, it made me sick and I had to keep my windows open for a few days. I requested that they open the windows to allow for ventilation and it took management days to remedy the situation. I highly doubt that the contractors are licensed since they don't follow basic protocols and are careless about handling toxic chemicals. Update: it has now been two weeks since they sprayed and the fumes still linger. I had to stay at an Airbnb for a week.

Be aware! The apartment is old and it takes at least a month in average to fix any maintenance request. You have to keep nagging the staff for that or else your service request would be totally ignored. AC will be completely turned off on first week of October while the tempurature is still extremely hot. You will get to enjoy the sauna feeling at your apartment. You get to buy yourself a portable AC. I stayed at this apartment for 2 years and when I moved out I have some credit in my account in addition to my deposit. It took them two months to send my deposit after sending a million emails. However
