If you're seeking a professional Pilates instructor, seek no further. I have been working with Viraj Chang since 2014. I am a Spinal Cord Injury survivor. She stepped up to this challenge. Viraj pursued a routine and program that would work with my strengths to get me healthy and fit. Pilates has helped me tremendously and has changed my life.

The Pilates methods of breathing combined with Reformer work will ignite your body. Both my husband and I are now Pilates nerds and we love it! Viraj is extremely knowledgeable, customizes her approach to whatever you need, and is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I can't imagine going to any other Pilates instructor or any other physical therapist; her ability to incorporate the two disciplines is incredibly helpful.

After years of struggling with back issues, I began Pilates with Viraj. As a physical therapist, Viraj's in depth understanding of how the body works and moves, gives her the ability to choose Pilates exercises tailored to my needs and issues in order to help me align and strengthen and avoid re injury. I have seen more progress in these past few months than I have in previous years with various exercise routines. Thank you!

I started working with Viraj Chang and her bespoke Pilates Program for my body about 6-7 months ago and it was the best decision I made for my body (and mind)! She is dedicated, diligent, patient and extremely knowledgeable as a physical therapist/Pilates instructor; after the initial 3 private/dedicated sessions, I saw improvement in my flexibility, mobility, and strength. She is invested in my overall well-being and works to get my body the best workout to gain the results I want to see.
Viraj's dedication and expertise in Pilates and PT is admirable and she truly loves what she does. She is

I've worked with Viraj as my physical therapist for over 2 years. After reaching a plateau in my recovery from back/hip pain due to my first pregnancy/delivery, I enrolled in Powered by Pilates. Through personalized routines from the careful eye of a physical therapist, I found myself the most physically fit of my life. I was able to find advantages from each of the selection of group, duet, and private classes and found myself eventually strong enough to feel confident entering my second pregnancy.
I can't imagine where I would be were it not for Viraj's dedication and expertise in Pilates and

Prior to my 3 tier spinal fusion, Viraj was my Physical Therapist. She introduced me to Pilates breathing and exercises as part of my therapy. After surgery and rehab, I joined Viraj's Pilates class. She is a superior professional and I look forward to ongoing classes as part of my healing process.

A truly wonderful experience!!
When I was 20, I knocked my pelvic bones a little out of alignment playing racquetball. My traditional doc took an x-ray, pronounced me "fine," and I continued on my way with a little pain. As I got older, related problems developed, and at 50, I discovered chiropractic medicine where I was able to have my bones knocked back into place. But it never held because the muscles had adjusted to the bad alignment, so I spent 7 years getting weekly readjustment with no permanent fix. By 58, my hip had become chronically painful and I developed a limp that became more and
