Taylor has helped me considerably since I found out I had Type 2 diabetes. She asked me questions to learn more about my medical history. She explained in depth the importance of nutrition and how my body reacts to carbs, proteins, and fibers. I am new to cooking. I took a cooking class and learned how to make a delicious, healthy diabetes meal of chili and a salad. She said I would be surprised how much I can eat. I was amazed. It was a delicious low carb filling meal. If you are diabetic, I highly recommend Taylor as your expert guide in your journey.
